Location is absolutely perfect for us. Just a short drive down the road to the garden of the gods and pikes Peak. Also about two blocks to the market and shopping district. Only complaint is the bedroom with the queen size bed is very tall. It might be nice to have a stepstool for those of us who are a little bit shorter to normal height.
