Perfect for what we needed. I fed the turtles every morning from the dock and loved it while I drank coffee. Our kids felt comfortable and slept great as well. Great location for what we were doing.

Overall, very good stay. Property was conveniently located for our activities. Had to have the hot tub remote reset which was very easily done by the property manager virtually. He responded to my text promptly and answered all my questions.

The place is very nice. The host and management team are very responsive to any inquiries. The hot tub heats quickly. The lanai, including pool and hot tub are well covered, not letting a lot of rubbish into the area.

The pool and hot tub were nice. It was obvious on arrival the home had been empty for a bit as it was very musty and the master bathroom was infested with a small flying bug and another small bug that would jump when attempting to catch. The home also had an ant issue primarily the master bathroom and a few other areas. They advised it was cleaned to CDC standards but was definitely not the case, counters were not clean and floors were dirty. Bags of trash in the main outside bin that had maggots and flies, smell was horrible. I did reach out regarding the cleaning and was advised they could come out and clean but we were not available for this and did not want people in our personal space as this is something that should have already been completed. I was only advised that these issues would be addressed.

Heidi, I am really disappointed in your dishonest review. This home has the highest rating of exceptional on VRBO because it is always exceptionally clean. Yes, you found 2 dead bugs as you show in your picture, not an infestation under the sink. I apologized and offered to have our home servicing company come by, which you declined. You mentioned that there was some garbage in the receptacles - I let you know that a guest had just left that morning and the city only collects garbage once a week - yet in your review you say that the home had not been occupied for an extended time. You praised the home to me, not ever mentioning about it being dirty.

Perfect vacation house

Everything was perfect about this place! Super clean, great location, nice neighborhood, and easy peasy rental/check in. The pool and hot tub was hands down the family favorite and absolutely dreamy sitting on a canal with nature sights and sounds!
