Inside, the bright open living space offers coastal furnishings, Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen for easy meals and relaxed evenings.

Thoughtfully prepared with plant-based cleaning products, leather seating, and a low-scent environment for a cleaner, more comfortable stay.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please load the washing machine with towels and start the cycle; return the key fob to the hanging key rack by the front door, turn off all appliances, turn off the propane gas for the grill

Host was pleasant and accommodating. House was pretty much as described. Second BR was smaller than expected. No closet. Great location. Next to swimming pool. River view. Ample cookware. Limited glassware. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and bedding.

I am from Long Island, NY, but have lived in Florida for over 35 years now. I am a retired Podiatrist who practiced locally for 31 years. I am an avid boater and love the St. Lucie and Indian Rivers. I love being a host so that I am able to maintain my love of providing excellent customer service.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I enjoy the ocean breezes in the OceanView community of Jensen Beach on the Indian River; the water is majestic and the views are breathtaking. We see pelicans, fish jumping, and even dolphins. We see boats passing by and the small sailboats from the nearby US Sailing Center. We chose this small, quiet neighborhood as it is so close to the beach and downtown Jensen Beach.

What makes this property unique

Our home is unique because it is only 40 steps from the pool, it offers complementary beach and other adventure gear, bicycles, a kayak, and a surfboard. We continually add to the amenities we provide for our guests. We are prepared for infants with a pac n play and highchair. Our home is ready for scent sensitive guests.
