This place is wonderful. The whole condo has everything you will need away from home. You will go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean and wake up to the same. There is A/c in the living room, but we did not even have to use it much. The kitchen is great for cooking a meal and the laundry area has everything you need. The host is easy to communicate with. We stayed 12 days on the island at 3 different locations and wished we had just booked this condo for the entire stay.

We loved it here! This property has everything you need, is right on the ocean with amazing views of paradise! Mike provided lots of information about the property and area ahead of time. His communication was great! It was so nice to have plenty of spices, oils and other kitchen items to use. We were pleasantly surprised at all of the other items available here as well, like sunscreen when we ran out, boogie boards, beach shoes, and more! There were plenty of beach towels and shower towels. It was lovely to have air conditioning as an option! We enjoyed lots of time on the deck overlooking the ocean. Other things we enjoyed in the area were Hapuna Beach, night snorkeling with Manta Rays (Fair Wind Hula Kai), Arise Cafe, Yoga Love pilates class, brunch at Theatery in Kealakekua, Hula Lessons, snorkeling at 2 step and sunset dinner at Kona Inn Restaurant. Great location and clean!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great views and the condo is well stocked as stated in previous reviews. The communication fromMike the host was excellent. Detailed instructions and very quick to respond to messages. Would stay here again in the event we return to the island.

Well stocked condo at a fantastic spot. The sound of the waves and amazing ocean view beat out other options for sure. The onsite food options and easy parking were pluses as well. Perfect home base for our week of adventures on the big island. No regrets. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location, close to everything in Kona but private/quiet and family friendly. Delicious tacos and poke within walking distance!
