Beautiful place. Bed was extremely comfortable. Overall environment was pleasant. Coffee set up was good for me as a black coffee drinker. We would stay again and would happily recommend it to others.

This is a lovely property and a lovely room. The decor and linens are top notch. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood with ample parking and walking distance to many eating/drinking establishments and central for exploring West Sonoma Co. The only thing we’d mention as a concern is the very narrow spiral staircase to the unit. Bring a small suitcase if you have a choice as a large heavy suitcase would be difficult to bring to/from the room.

The room and the property were even more beautiful than they looked in that photo. There are two beautiful Windows, one looks out over the patio and a bunch of trees. One being a gorgeous redwood tree. The other is a nice kind of a window box with nice light if you wanted to read there. It was spacious and light and the bed was very comfortable.

A good place to land in Sebastopol

This is a wonderful place to stay in Sebastopol. It is comfortable, cosy, quiet and well appointed - comparable to a suite in a nice hotel. There is good access, parking and a great location. Everything worked perfectly. The only issue is that entry to the room is via a spiral stair case that would be difficult for some people with disabilities.

Beautiful home, walkable. Listing says the owner prefers to hand off key but then no communication the day of, after I communicated arrival time many hours in advance. Main picture in the post isn’t of the part of the house that’s rented out. Space is above the garage with access via a very narrow spiral staircase that’s a pain to traverse with luggage. Room had Luxurious touches like fine linens and nice coffee but lacked basics. There wasn’t much surface space in the bathroom or hook for hanging toiletry bag and could only find one wash cloth. My husband is 6’2 and didn’t sleep comfortably because the bed frame has a footing.
