Friends and Family Time

The place was nice and the unit was very nice, efficient, and fully equipped. Loved the tile shower in the Master. We did have issues with the fridge, they came and fixed the leak, but it never made ice. Wished the pools were a little bigger. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We liked that we could walk across the street to dinner and mini golf. The property has a good pool and splash pad clean grills and seating area. The coffee shop is also a plus & had good coffe and breakfast. My only complaint would be this particular unit is quite small for the living & dining area. There was a few pieces of furniture that could definitely be taken out to help that issue. Felt cluttered especially when the table in the way doesn’t even have chairs so it’s essentially serves no purpose. There was an extra coffee table in a bedroom. Just needs decluttered in my opinion. I still gave 4 stars bc it’s a nice place and for a high rise the elevator didn’t have long wait times. It just rained some everyday so we were inside a little more than we typically spend while at the beach and it felt cramped.

Bait and switch!

I was told that this 3 bedroom which I rented had been updated and was very nice. The room was old and very outdated. We came with a group that stayed throughout the building. My son’s baseball team. Everyone that came into our room agreed that our place was only worth 1 star. Also, the A/C did not work very well and the doors to the laundry room in the hallway would fall off when you opened them. Tried 6 times to reach a Brett-Robinson rep. Finally on the 7th. try, 2nd day there, someone called me back to tell me the person in charge was off and she would try and see if a discount or moving to another unit was possible. Nothing happened from that phone call. We asked and paid to stay in one of the nicest 3 bedrooms in the building when we booked our reservation. Obviously, they will say anything on the phone to get your money. It’s just SAD. Respectfully, Dr. P
