The flat was very spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our visit. The location was good—close to two metro stops—and we relied on the bus and metro every day to get around easily.One of our favorite touches was the collection of puzzles in the flat. With the cold weather outside, they created some nice family time. We even added one we brought from home and left it behind to contribute to the collection.The breakfast/lunch spot downstairs is excellent and highly recommended, and the coffee shop next door quickly became part of our daily routine—a relaxing, welcoming place to start the day or take a break.

Our stay in this property was amazing! The space was beautiful and spacious. It was in a convenient location for our planned sightseeing, and a few blocks away from a wonderful ice cream shop. The breakfast place downstairs also was great.

Property is exactly as seen in photos. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. We arrived after dark, check in was easy with no issues also the host was able to accommodate a little later check out for us. The location is convenient with a small market, coffee house and restaurants just down stairs. There is easy access to many areas in downtown Montreal via walking, bus, uber or taxi. We were very comfortable staying here and would absolutely stay again if in Montreal. Thank you Simon!

A fantastic trip to downtown montreal

This property was in the perfect location, many great restaurants within walking distance, and a fantastic breakfast spot right downstairs. It was a large, clean apartment that met our needs perfectly.

Great Two-week Stay

Spacious, functional and very responsive hosts. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to alternate our many nights out at restaurants owned by friends old and new with meals we prepared from great Quebecois products from marches Jean Talon and Atwater. The one issue with a door lock was resolved almost immediately. Would love to return for anther stay.

Beautiful accommodations

My colleague and I stayed here for a conference and found the accommodations to be spacious and well equipped for a long-term stay (especially in the kitchen). Really bright and sunny in all the rooms which was an added bonus.

Wonderful place in a great location

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It looks exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The living room is especially large and comfortable, and both bedrooms had cozy beds. Everything you need is provided, from dishes and towels to shampoo, conditioner, and even some basic seasonings—you can just show up and settle in. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of all the action Montreal has to offer. Old Town is just a pleasant 20-minute walk away, and the metro is nearby if you want to explore further. There are several great breakfast spots and excellent restaurants right around the corner. I’m already thinking about my next trip to Montreal, and I’d absolutely stay here again!
