New Build Home May 2025, perfect for a fun-filled family getaway. With a Jacuzzi hot tub, you can relax and unwind in style. The house is designed to be entertaining and family-friendly, ensuring that everyone has a great time.
This property is also dog-friendly. The fully fenced-in backyard is a safe and secure space.

This home offers a spacious and open living room and kitchen layout. 2 Queen Size Bed and 2 Twin size bed for Kids
For our local guests, if you’re wanting to host a party at the house then please don’t book with us. We don’t allow any parties at our home. If you’re a local wanting to rent our house, no more than 2 cars are allowed at the house and only registered guests are welcome. The authorities will be contacted if there’s a party at the house of any sort, any excessive noise or disturbance to the neighbors.
The dining room comfortably seats six people, with an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. From the dining area, you can access the backyard where you can relax in the hot tub or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
The Master bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed, the second Bedroom room has a Queen-size bed and the Third bedroom has two Tween size bed, accommodating a total of six people.
For added security, the Enter Door has smart lock and a camera to protect the property.
In addition, the fully fenced-in backyard is suitable for your dog. Please be aware that there is a $30 fee for pets per stay even for Service Dog.
We have one camera above the garage that monitors the driveway for your safety and the safety of the house.
If you’re wanting to host a party at the house then this is not the right house for it. We don’t allow any parties at our house. The authorities will be contacted if there’s a party at the house of any sort, any excessive noise or disturbance to the neighbors.
Must be 21 or older to book.
We allow PETS for a pet fee of $30 per pet. 1 pet 30 Pounds max, if you want to bring more, please check with me for extra pet cost.
We are a smoke free house.

We really enjoyed our stay, very convenient location to restaurants, shops and a quick drive to Louisville. The house was very clean and the location was perfect and quiet. We contacted the owner during our stay and he headed right over to assist us and was kind and helpful.

Our stay was great overall! The house was super cozy and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hot tub was amazing — definitely one of the highlights. Everything we needed was there and worked just fine, and the garage was exactly what we were looking for to keep our belongings inside for our week stay.

This was an absolutely perfect location for us visiting the Kentucky State fair, we were close enough to the fair while still having the privacy in small town feel of the location. There were multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers for every aspect of needs we had.The property was clean, comfortable, with ample room, allowing us to even have dinner guests one night. The property owner stopped by to check on my husband and my mother-in-law to see if they needed anything and to let them know that he was available at any time! Truly a wonderful experience and I’m hoping to visit again
