Just three blocks from the beach and steps from Fenwick Island and the Delaware Lighthouse, the home offers quick access to restaurants, mini golf, go-karts, and more.

Each side of the duplex features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and spacious living areas, allowing your group to spread out and enjoy time together — or separately when needed. Whether you’re grilling in the fenced backyard, enjoying a game night indoors, or relaxing after a day in the sun, this beach getaway is designed for memory-making.

The Space
Sleeps up to 20 guests comfortably across both units
Two fully equipped kitchens, two spacious family rooms, and plenty of dining space
Two Fenced-in backyards each with a patio, grill, and fire pit – perfect for outdoor meals and evening s’mores
Indoor entertainment includes games and a Pac-Man arcade machines
Connecting interior door makes it easy to move between both sides

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire duplex.
The only restricted areas are:
Hall linen closets in each unit
Cabinets inside the primary bedroom closets (reserved for cleaning staff)

Linens (towels, sheets, blankets), beach blankets, and personal hygiene products (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc.) are not provided
Pillows and comforters/bedspreads are included
To simplify packing, consider renting linens from OC Linen Rentals, a local delivery service
Each backyard patio has a grey storage bin stocked with beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella (available at the start of each season)
Three grocery stores are located within a 10-minute drive
No Senior Week rentals. Lead guest must be 21 or older

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place any hand towels used in washing machine and start.
Throw all trash away in the outside bin. Place bin on curb if it is trash pick up date- noted in binder.
Close umbrella on the patio. Return all used beach equipment to the grey storage bins. Return thermostat to: April-October: AC 74º November-March: Heat 66°
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect Spot for a Laid-Back Beach Trip with a Big Group

We stayed here with a group of 12 and it couldn’t have worked out better. The house had a ton of space—two kitchens, two living rooms, and plenty of room for everyone to hang out or have a little downtime. The backyard patios were great too. We spent a lot of time out there and even made s’mores one night, which was a nice bonus.The location was ideal. The beach was just a short walk away, and it was way quieter and more relaxing than the areas closer to the boardwalk. Boardwalk was just a quick 10–15 minute drive.Parking was no problem at all. There were 4 spots at the house and plenty of street parking, even with multiple cars. And there’s a taco place nearby that became our go-to lunch stop—super convenient to grab something and head right to the beach.The house was clean and well set up for a big group. Kitchens had everything we needed to cook, hang out, and enjoy our trip. Bonus: there were 2 arcade machines that kept the kids occupied! We’d definitely come back.
