Farm to spend great moments with your family and friends. 6. 500 m2 with swimming pool, lawn soccer field, kiosk with freezer, barbecue, wood oven overlooking the pool and field, playground, pool table and table tennis. House with accommodation for 12 people, has 01 suite w / 1 double bed + 1 single, 01 suite w / 02 triliches, 01 room w / 1 single bed and an extra double mattress that can be placed in the living room, living room / dinner, kitchen / pantry, 01 WC w / external shower, balcony, laundry.

We are located next to the Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Mairiporã.

We allow events for parties / birthdays / gatherings with capacity for up to 60 people / 15 cars, but in a single day. In this case with different rental conditions.

A chácara é maravilhosa, conforme o anúncio, limpa, organizada e em meio a natureza. Eu e minha família passamos o feriado e amamos o local. Queria agradecer o Adalberto que sempre foi mto atencioso e nos passou todos os detalhes para uma boa estadia. Pra quem for com cachorro que foi o meu caso, ficar sempre ligada com eles, eles são curiosos e querem desbravar o local, a chácara é grande e eles podem se perder, então é ficar sempre perto e de olho neles, assim como ficamos com nossas crianças. Enfim, o lugar é incrível.

Lugar maravilhoso , ainda tivemos surpresa não que não estava no anúncio , tem um pomar maravilhoso atrás da casa, muito bom andar entre as árvores cheirosas e apresentar as frutas no pé para a criançada que só vê fruta embalada no mercado. Tudo preparado com o maior cuidado e zelo para o nosso recebimento. Voltaremos com certeza.

Local muito agradável e organizado.

TD muito bem organizado, utensílios a disposição q atendem perfeitamente a tudo. O espaço TD e muito bom. Os proprietários muito educados e boa comunicação. Única resalva está na limpeza da piscina, pois não estava nas melhores condições. O Sr. Dorival até nos explicou a dificuldade de te- la deixado 100 % devido a um falta de energia no local alguns dias antes da estadia, mais deu pra aproveitar e numa próxima esperamos q esteja cristalina e será tudo perfeito. Mais no geral aproveitamos muito de td.

Desde o primeiro contato fui muito bem atendido pelo Adalberto e pelo Sr. Dorival. Ambos passaram todas informações necessárias sobre o local, o que possuía e tiraram todas as dúvidas. Sempre respondem rapidamente. O local é muito bem organizado, limpo e tranquilo. Ótimo para aproveitar com amigos ou família. Chácara muito aconchegante, bem cuidada e equipada. Os proprietários , simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos. A área externa espaçosa e com uma vista maravilhosa. Tudo preparado para receber os visitantes além da vantagem de unir as pessoas pois tanto a piscina, quanto a churrasqueira e a quadra são quase interligadas. O local atende a todos os públicos, famílias com pets, com crianças, com , jovens. Lá nos sentimos em casa e com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

Local de fácil acesso , muito perto de São Paulo . O anfitrião é de uma gentileza impar. A chácara é muito bem cuidada , todos os itens de lazer em ótimo estado de conservação e limpos . A chácara é também muito segura e iluminada. As acomodações são perfeitas para uma família de 12 pessoas. Voltaremos com toda certeza para passar finais de semana na chácara Adoka !
