Located on stunning Boca Ciega Bay, this stylish condo offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views from the living room/kitchen, primary bedroom and from your private, 27' x 8' deck. Both bedrooms feature a queen bed and bathroom equipped with all the essentials. The sleek leather sofa bed in the living room is also a Queen bed. Watch dolphins play close-up from the heated pool and large hot tub in the spacious, bayfront pool area. Just down the hall from the condo is a fitness room with books and puzzles. Across the street is an entrance to Pinellas Trail, fantastic for jogging and biking.
All your shopping needs are within a mile including Publix, Target, Total Wine and CVS. Madeira Beach is 8 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by bus. We have been hosting International students at our home in Boston for nearly 20 years, first as home stay hosts and for the last 3 years on Airbnb earning Super Host recognition every year. I am a retired PR executive and my husband is a retired architect and 5 th grade teacher. We have loved sharing our home in Boston with travelers and look forward to hosting at our new home in St Pete.
Why they chose this property
We stayed at Boca Ciega Condominiums as renters for one week in February 2025. We fell in love with the breathtaking bay views from the condo and from the pool area and having such a close-up waterfront view from the bed gave us the sensation of being on a boat. We bought our two bedroom condo a month later. The condo and deck are peaceful and relaxing and yet the building is located within a mile of Publix, Target, CVS and Total Wine. We also love that there is an entrance to the famous Pinellas Trail right across the street, which is great for short or long distance walks, runs and biking. Popular Doc Ford’s Rum Bar and Grille is right next door.
