Everything was good except the elevator. The elevator was a pain on how long it took. Most of the time I was faster to take the stairs and we were on the 7th floor

Great place to book!

We booked this place as a last minute vacation and we were pleased about the property. Beautiful beachfront and walking distance to many different restaurants and attractions. Truly will book again.

Just fine for family.

The property provides everything a family or couple needs for a pleasant vacation. The staff has been super kind and polite. All requests we made during our vacation were fulfilled completely. Everything we needed from shopping for souvenirs and apparel, to food and fun was within a few blocks. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Right on the shore

We enjoyed our stay. The view was great. We saw dolphins twice from our balcony. Our only compliant would be the elevators. Only one elevator worked during our stay and seemed to be extremely slow. It was very inconvenient.

quick get away

This is not the first stay at Phoenix All Suites. I enjoy Phoenix properties. This particular suite 706 was not the best. The room had a stale mildew smell and the table on the balcony was extremely wobbly. Other than that the location is great especially for an adult couple. Close to restaurants and night life. Enjoyed the stay. Smell was bearable, just not the usual for Phoenix properties.

Dirty

The only positive is the location. The unit reeked of must and mold. Tub didn’t drain or barely drained. You couldn’t take 2 showers within hours or the tub would over flow. Dried Coffee stains all over the kitchen counter that I had to clean myself. Linens are “yellow”. Overall cleanliness is gross... But the smell was the worst. I’ve stayed at many multiple beach locations and it doesn’t have to be that way.

Weekend Getaway

The location was nice! It's next to a restaurant w live outdoor entertainment. There was construction going on on-site of the location. Elevator were not clearly marked so I had to call the front desk for assistance. The unit was dated but the overall fairly clean so it wasn't bad. The shower mats were old and needed to be replaced and the. Overall decent stay with a great view of the Gulf.

This was perfect for our family of four! Very close to call restaurants, shopping, and entertainment for the kiddos! The only complaints I have are the if the people above move around their kitchen chairs it’s very loud…should probably put some felt on them. And the elevator was slow, mainly due to cleaning crew blocking them to load their dirty laundry bags so it would be stuck on whatever floor they were on for quite a while: most of the time it was faster to take the stairs. However, I would still stay here again as the overall stay was not bad at all and plenty of room for the 4 of us!

Condo was clean. Didn’t like that there is not a washer and dryer in the condo. The elevators need to be updated!!!! Slow, hot and smelly!!!

Property needs refurbishment

This property is not well maintained in the common areas. The elevators are super slow and have a lot of cosmetic damage. The actual condo is probably a 3 star. Furniture in the living room is old and has damage. Picture had fallen off living room wall. You could actually sleep 6 if you wanted two on a sofa sleeper. Linens were clean. Very convenient (right beside) The Hangout. Swimming pool was very narrow (maybe 10’).

The listing looked more updated than it was and there was a s slight odor when you first walk in . The bed and couch had sand in them . Like in the sheets . So we request for them to change them . Someone came said the bed was ready again but all they did was take the sheets off and did replace fresh sheets . So had to go back down to the desk . Final some one came to fix the bed but at this point it was almost 10:30 11:30 where we live . We just wanted to go to bed . The icemaker didn’t work. The Furniture, very uncomfortable in the living room. Once the bed was made properly, it was comfortable. The curtains in the bedroom, not close to feel like we had privacy, and it was onto the balcony of the front of the condo. We feel like it was pretty pricey for what we got.

My new "go to" for beach getaways!!

I booked Phoenix All Suites for a spring break getaway with my daughters. We loved it!!! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and offered an amazing view. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat, right next to The Hangout and within walking distance of shopping, dining and attractions. There were 2 drawbacks but they weren't enough to keep me from booking again. 1)The mattress on the queen sofa sleeper was awful. The mattress pad didn't fit either which made the corners curl up. Thankfully we didn't need to use it but the owner should really consider replacing it. 2) The elevators are irritatingly slow, especially the east elevator. We were on the 7th floor and to go down we actually had to push the "up" button to get the elevator to stop on our floor. On the bright side, I got my cardio in as we often just took the stairs. Even with these 2 annoyances, it was still worth it.

Location! Location! Location!

The location was absolutely perfect! Walkable to so many great restaurants, the gulf shores park (includes a younger kids climbing playground), and all your tourist shops. Access to the beach was easy. The pool was perfect for my 6 year old, but is very narrow (about 6 ft wide by very long!). The elevator wait time was what you’d expect for a condo complex, nothing too extreme. The unit itself didn’t have a lot of kitchen supplies (2 large spoons and at most 6 of each of the other utensils). The bunk beds are truly smaller kid bunk beds- I’d guess the beds themselves are about 5 ft, 6 inches long and more narrow than an average bed. We brought a shower curtain and rod to cover the bunk beds to provide more privacy for them and that was helpful. It was average clean upon arrival (still some sand on floor which is to be expected), a little dirt/rust? By fridge on floor, and the shower bathroom has peeling on the doors. Nothing major to impact our stay. Beds weren’t the comfiest (very hard) and the sheets were like paper (they did provide blankets so we just stuck with those since they weren’t so noisy). The check in and check out was super easy and the communication when help was needed was very responsive. Would stay again!
