Welcome to your dream beach getaway at Mainsail unit 141 in beautiful Miramar Beach—completely renovated in 2025 for a fresh, modern, and comfortable stay. Located on the 4th floor of the building closest to the water, this front-end corner unit features the most desirable floor plan in the complex, with sweeping, unobstructed views of the Gulf from the wrap-around balcony. You’ll feel like the beach is your backyard—because it is. On top of that, complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella is provided from March 1 - October 31st! Every space in this condo has been reimagined to bring a high-end feel and comfort you'll be coming back for!

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with a spacious Primary Suite featuring a King bed, and a guest bedroom with two custom bunk beds (one Twin-over-Queen and one Twin-over-Twin). The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting, offering breathtaking views of the coastline and direct access to the balcony, where you can watch your family play on the sand below. The Primary Bedroom offers amazing beach views, a remarkable ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the outside balcony to soak up the sounds and the sites of our amazing beaches!

Once you leave the condo you're just moments from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. If you prefer poolside relaxation, the main pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub are just an elevator ride away, along with a grilling area, shuffleboard, and a fitness center.

Mainsail offers covered parking, 24-hour gated security with courtesy patrol, and a location that puts you right across from Silver Sands Premium Outlets and within easy reach of Destin and 30A. Whether you’re cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or walking to one of the nearby restaurants, convenience is built into every part of your stay.

Perfect View of Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and would recommend highly. We have stayed at Mainsail for many years and this unit is by far the best view, and being an end unit you are right next to the elevator that leads you straight to the beach. Unit is well stocked also which made cooking a breeze. We will book here again!

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The location was great!! Having an ocean view from the dining room, kitchen, living room and master bedroom was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Greg was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in was the easiest we have ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The BEST views!

My family and I stayed and were blown away by the views! Even if you don’t head out to the beach, you still feel like you’re there because of how close you are and being able to sit on the large balcony. The few issues we had were met with clear and immediate communication. We would definitely rent this condo again.

My wife and I have been staying in the unit below this one for years, but someone beat us to booking this time. We found Greg’s unit and it might be our new favorite. Plenty of pots and pans; comfortable living and bedroom furniture; truly one of the best views you can find.

We thought the condo was absolutely gorgeous, loved the view from all rooms in the condo..I could cook so many wonderful meals in the kitchen with a view such as this one.. we loved just walking out the elevator right onto the beautiful white sand beaches...we enjoyed our stay immensely.....

Perfect beach location

Views galore! This was our second stay at this property, and both times were amazing. Even if you’re not down on the beach, you still get to experience the ocean from the whole condo, inside and outside. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony and our days at the beach. Having two beach chairs provided with the condo was so convenient. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook and beds were comfy. Greg was very responsive when we needed to contact him. If you’re wanting a condo right in the water, this is your place.

Best view in destin year after year

Always enjoy staying here at Mainsail. Amazing balcony to watch both sunrise and sunset, floor to ceiling windows in every room, and right next to the elevator closest to the beach, where our umbrella and chairs were waiting for us each morning. Gated complex with plenty of covered parking took away any stress. Tons of places to eat and shop basically across the street, and a short easy drive for all of the destin hot spots. Thanks Greg!

Our condo in Mainsail was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean. Very well equipped. The views were beyond amazing. We had 6 in our party and there was plenty of room. Literally walk down or use elevator to go to beach. We will definitely be back!!!

Miramar Beach

The condo had a spectacular view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well kept. The veranda allowed views from front and side of the condo. Everything needed to enjoy our vacation was included. Miramar Beach is our favorite area to vacation and the condo we stayed in didn't disappoint us. It just supported our decision to stay in Miramar Beach again next year.

Great Family vacation

We love this place from the amazing views, to the ease of popping down to / up from the beach and pool. We caught several pompano too and were able to cook them up using the pans/utensils in the unit. Yum! When we asked about a burnt out light bulb the owner was super responsive and maintenance had fixed it within a few hours. No complaints at all. Thanks for another great stay!
