Two bedroom, pet friendly condo within walking distance of Ole Miss’ South campus, law school and all sports venues. Wifi and Roku in all rooms, and YouTube TV is available. The South campus rail trails and the new U of M Rec Center are right behind the condo, and it’s a five minute drive to the square. (Uber, Lyft and cab services available.)

The location was not good at all. Awful parking. It was over an hour late being ready. It smelled like smoke, so I left immediately and notified the property manager who denied anything and said it was probably someone who was smoking outside. No one was outside.No refund or Partial refund was ever offered.Highly DO NOT Recommend!

Hi Michelle! I’m so sorry! I had no idea! You said not to worry about anything, that you are extremely sensitive to smoke, and you were leaving. You never asked for a refund or partial refund. I told you the upstairs neighbor is outside smoking sometimes, but nobody had smoked inside our unit, and still has not, as we do not allow smoking. And I will still deny it as it’s not true. Maybe next time you have an issue, contact your host for any assistance or refunds. I would’ve been happy to oblige. Also, parking is tight, and spaces are not assigned, so you’re not guaranteed a space in front. And you never asked me about it, before or after the reservation. Maybe the location wasn’t good for you, but we cater to guests visiting the university, and are located immediately off campus, within walking distance, which is often very convenient for them.. I’m sorry you had such an awful experience, and I had no idea… Thanks for your feedback, Brooke

Adorable Home

We enjoyed our weekend at this adorable home. It had everything we needed and was very convenient to the university, shopping and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The condo was in the perfect location, close to campus and the square. Yes, like other reviews, the complex and condo are older, but more importantly was that the condo was clean and the beds were comfy. The host was excellent and made sure we were settled and well taken care of. She was very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Brooke was a very attentive host. She had great information about the local area, great coffee and fresh fruit. Whoever were there we had a small issue (being her control) and she was incredible responsive problem solving with us. Also, super easy traffic free commute to the campus - 2 minutes tops.
