Pet friendly and family friendly. Enough space for everyone to be able to spread out. On a quiet street about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The house is well appointed but I would recommend that future guests bring kitchen accessories if needed. We found this to be the only place this unit was lacking.

The only issue we had was with the back yard. There is no grass, just weeds and stickers plants which appeared to not have been mowed in a while. This did make it tough on dogs since this was a pet friendly home. No other issues. House was great.
