This unique place has a style of its own. A double story 1 bedroom flat with kitchen, dining area and a work space. Perfect for a young couple or single travelers
Located right next to the lagoon within walking distance to the waterfront where you will find restaurants and coffee shops. You have your own entrance and the flat is equipped with all the necessities, including a washing machine and dish washer.

Creatively decorated and designed with alternative materials.
The Flat has 2 staircases: 1 outside staircase and an inside Jungle-Gym ladder. (see photos)
I would not recommend it for elderly individuals or young kids under 5, although it would be perfect for a young couple
Located in a safe neighborhood.

Please note: We have 2 friendly dogs on the premises (A German shepherd and a Rough Collie) they are normally in the house and should not bother you at all
Although I have curious cats that love to greet my guest personally.
