🌴 Off-Season Value (November–February) SNOWBIRDS
November through February is our off-season, offering quieter beaches, cooler weather, and our lowest rates of the year. Guests interested in extended winter stays are welcome to ask about special monthly snowbird pricing. During this time, associations and owners may schedule routine maintenance, updates and improvements, so there may occasionally be nearby daytime noise between November 1 and February 28. Our reduced seasonal rates reflect this possibility.
🛑 Additional Notes
Camera Disclosure:
This unit has a Nest doorbell camera at the front door that records audio and video of the exterior entry area.
There are also exterior‑facing cameras on the balcony, pointed outward toward the Gulf and parking lot. These cameras record audio and video of exterior spaces only and do not face into the unit. All cameras are on 24/7, but they can be turned off upon request. Exterior security cameras operated by the condo association monitor common areas only recording continuously video and audio, including entrances, walkways, lobby, elevators, parking lot, pool deck, and the beach access walkway. No cameras face inside units.
Accessibility Information:
Please note that this unit is an individually owned residential condo and is not ADA‑accessible. Doorways, bathrooms, and tub/shower entries have standard residential dimensions and may not accommodate mobility devices. The beach access behind the building is stairs only; however, a public beach access with a handicap‑accessible ramp is located immediately next door. Guests using wheelchairs or walkers will need to travel along the street to reach that access point.
