Welcome to our newly renovated beach house in Au Gres—completed in September 2024! Perfect for families or groups, this charming retreat features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

On the main floor, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other with a queen. Upstairs, the spacious third bedroom offers two queen beds and two twin beds, ideal for kids or larger groups.

Enjoy direct, shared access to beautiful Lake Huron—no roads to cross, just steps from your door. The beach is shared with seven other cottages, giving you a quiet experience.

Pet-friendly and packed with amenities, the home includes WiFi, smart tvs, central air conditioning, heating, a washer/dryer, outdoor fire pit, and grills—everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Whether you're staying a few nights or a few weeks, our house is equipped for comfort and convenience.

We’re located just 5 minutes north of downtown Au Gres and 15 minutes south of Tawas. Three parking spaces are available.

We are from Michigan and have a big family with 5 kids and we wanted to create a space for families that is comfortable and accommodating.

Why they chose this property

We choose Au Gres for our up North getaway because we like Lake Huron, the sunrises, the boating, the fishing and it's close to get to from our primary residence.

What makes this property unique

We just finished a complete remodel of the house last fall (2024), so you get the quaintness of an old cottage, with all the updates and modern features. We are right on the water and have set up the back patio to be an extension of the house.
