First class, brand new 1,000 square foot Guest House on an elegant, gated estate with exquisite landscaping. The beveled glass windows and wisteria at the entrance give it old world charm yet it's extremely modern and upscale inside. The kitchen is very large with gorgeous granite countertops and top-nitch appliances. The property comes with Cuisinart pots, pans & knives and has a Haden Heritage coffee maker, toaster & kettle with copper trim. We provide all the kitchen necessities like regular & decaf coffee beans, a large assortment of teas, hot coco, sweeteners, half & half, olive & avocado oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, butter, salt & pepper and basic spices. There is a lovely glass dining table with 6 chairs and a chandelier for your dining experience. The living room area has a full size couch and an oversized chair with plenty of pillows and blankets to make it cozy. It has a 43" smart TV, an electric fireplace, a genuine Persian rug. The bathroom is spacious and with two sinks, granite countertops and a half-round, beautifully designed shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash as well as a blow dryer, a magnifying mirror, Q-Tips and floss sticks. The bedroom has a king sized bed with a down comforter and super soft bamboo/viscose sheets. It has huge closet with barn doors that look amazing! Step outside to your private patio where you will find a BBQ and a bistro table. Guests are encouraged to walk around the 1.5 acres of themed gardens, fountains, hang-out spots and organic vegetables available for you to pick and eat! The property has 1 amazing hot tub in a Gazebo that is available for both guests of Avalon Guesthouse and Avalon Manor.

In order to reserve a stay at Avalon Place, you must be at least 25 years old and provide an ID to verify your age. Children under 18 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Avalon Manor discourages guests under 25 from staying unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
