This 2022 amazingly open, comfortable 39’ RV is in new condition. It is the perfect home base for your trip to Rexford. The cozy interior features 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a living room with 2 pull out child beds. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower that has about an 1 ft tall bath tub for little ones. Towels, soaps, and a hair dryer too. Your stay here will be a beautiful and relaxing experience.
Food, drinks, and entertainment just across the yard at the Frontier Bar & Grill. Hard to find lodging so close to Lake Koocanusa, to all the fun, and to the concerts.

A very pleasant surprise as staying in a VRBO 5th wheel was a first for us. Clean and very comfortable.Only thing I would say is that the stature of this trailer / location was a bit out of place with some of the surrounding units but all in all the setting was very relaxing and anyone we ran into were very friendly.

Did not have electricity, or heat overnight. Dryer didn’t work and we left with wet clothes, I would not recommend staying here

The problem with the power was at the Bar and they have since brought in an electrician and fixed the problem. I am sorry that the electricity was a problem but the review is unfair.

We had a wonderful stay in this RV! It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed was fresh and comfortable. The shower was also fantastic!The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We really appreciated all the little extras and attention to detail, from providing makeup wipes and shampoo to leaving helpful directions and information. Those small touches made the stay feel especially welcoming.The neighbours were also very nice and friendly, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere when we arrived.The only thing I would mention for future guests is that the front/outdoor area of the RV isn’t especially private. This wasn’t an issue at all for us, as we were mainly using the RV as a comfortable place to land and sleep at night while visiting friends nearby. However, if you’re looking for a very private, secluded getaway where you’ll be spending a lot of time at the property, it may be something to keep in mind.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend it, especially for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped place with a thoughtful and responsive host.
