With space for up to 30 guests (with extra bedding), six well-equipped bathrooms, and a vibrant outdoor area featuring a cricket turf, bonfire pit, and open-air cinema, this home is perfect for reunions, stag parties, or family getaways. The interiors blend traditional aesthetics with modern comforts.

The space

Step inside to discover a home that balances comfort and culture.



• Living Areas: Spread across two floors, the living spaces feature cozy sofas seating up to 8 on the ground floor and 13 on the first floor. Though air conditioning is limited to bedrooms, ceiling fans keep the space breezy.



• Bedrooms: All six bedrooms, (4 double bedrooms on ground floor and 2 family suit rooms on first floor) air-conditioned for your comfort, with additional mattresses to accommodate larger groups. All the 6 bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, bedside lamps, wardrobes, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort.



• Bathrooms: Six clean, functional bathrooms—four on the ground floor, two upstairs—all with geysers, jet sprays, and basic toiletries. Two even have bathtubs, which are attached to family suit rooms.



• Dining & Kitchen: A rustic dining area seats six, attached to the living room. There is small kitchen set up near dining area and is equipped with cutlery, a fridge, and a water purifier—guests can do light cooking, though meals aren’t provided. (Nearby restaurants can deliver, Swiggy and Zomato service are available)



• Entertainment: Indoor games like carrom, darts, and Jenga keep the fun going, while a projector (₹1,000 extra) sets up an amazing movie night.









Outdoor Spaces



The true magic lies outside:

• Pool: A 5–6 ft deep private pool (kids must stay near the steps). Pool floaters are provided, though towels aren’t, bring your own towels.



• Garden & Activities: A cricket turf on left hand side plus lush lawn doubles as a ground for basket ball, frisbee , badminton , open air cinema , or BBQ spot (kits available for ₹500). As dusk falls, gather around the bonfire (₹750/ setup).



• Seating: Ten round tables with 50 chairs line the garden, ideal for group meals or celebrations.







Add-On Services & Amenities

• Bonfire/BBQ: Pre-arranged for a fee.

• Projector: ₹1,000 for movie nights.

• Washing Machine: Available at an extra cost.

• Security: CCTV covers outdoor areas, including the pool.

• We have an outdoor kitchen with LPG for cooking for larger groups, usage charges- Rs. 1000/ day

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire villa including all the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, rooftop terrace, garden, pool, and parking space. The pool and garden are private and maintained regularly, promising a clean and safe environment.

• Safety: The pool is CCTV-monitored; kids must be supervised. No lifeguard on duty.

House Rules



• Check-in/out: 3 PM / 11 AM sharp.

• Smoking/Alcohol: Outdoors only; follow local laws.

• Security Deposit, which is 100% refundable, only charged for any damages: ₹6,000 (higher for events).

• Pets at the property: (there are resident swans and ducks!).

• Events: Allowed with prior notice and deposit.

Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment



1. No Lifeguard On Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.



2. Pool Hours: Open from sunrise until 10 PM (no night swimming for safety).



3. Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt at the outdoor washrooms before entering the pool.



4. No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only. Broken glass is hazardous and will incur a cleaning fee.



5. No Diving or Rough Play: The pool is 5–6 ft deep—jumping or diving is not permitted for safety reasons.



6. Pool Towels Not Provided: Bring your own towels; please don’t use indoor towels for the pool.



7. Float Responsibly: Kids’ floaters are provided, but adults must ensure they’re used safely.



8. No Food in the Pool: Enjoy snacks at the garden seating area instead.



9. Alcohol & Swimming: Drink responsibly—excessive alcohol and swimming don’t mix.
