The space

• Living Areas: The Rajputana-themed main palace features dual-floor living spaces with cosy sofas seating up to 8 on the ground floor and 13 on the first floor, kept breezy with ceiling fans. Adjacent to it, the dome-style Ringa Ringa Rose offers a fully air-conditioned lounge with plush seating, a music system, and a relaxed vibe — ideal for laid-back evenings and intimate group bonding.

• Bedrooms: All 9 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 family suite rooms on the first floor, 2 unique dome-style rooms and 1 independent room) are air-conditioned for your comfort, with additional mattresses to accommodate larger groups. All the 9 bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, bedside lamps, wardrobes, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort.

• Bathrooms: 9 clean, functional bathrooms— 4 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs, 2 in the dome room, 1 in an independent room—all with geysers, jet sprays, and basic toiletries. 2 have bathtubs attached to family suites in the 6-br villa, 2 bathtubs in the dome house and 1 bathtub in the independent villa.

• Dining & Kitchen: There is no kitchen for self-cooking. The property only has basic provisions like induction, microwave, and limited utensils for food warming or very light cooking. We have a separate kitchen for the chef's use. If guests want to use it will be extra charges.

For Chef, full cylinder charges: 6000/- INR

• Entertainment: Indoor games like carrom, darts, and Jenga keep the fun going, while a projector (₹1,000 extra) sets up an amazing movie night.

Outdoor Spaces

The true magic lies outside:
Main Pool (Petals of Udaipur Palace): A spacious 5–6 ft deep private pool, perfect for adults and confident swimmers. Surrounded by lush garden views, it's the ideal spot for sangeet splashes, sundowner dips, and rain dance celebrations. Pool floaters provided, with CCTV monitoring for added safety. Add to it a charming manmade waterfall pond and a dedicated rain dance area for unforgettable group moments. Pool towels are provided here.

Family Pool with Kids' Section (Ringa Ringa Rose): A 15×20 ft private swimming pool paired with a separate 2 ft kids' pool — making it the perfect family-friendly zone. Pool towels are provided here.

• Box Cricket & Activities: A cricket turf on the left-hand side, one basket ring in Box cricket itself. frisbee, badminton, open-air cinema, or BBQ spot (kits available for ₹500). As dusk falls, gather around the bonfire (₹1000/ setup).

• Seating: Ten round tables with 50 chairs line the garden, ideal for group meals or celebrations.

Add-On Services & Amenities
• Bonfire: Pre-arranged for a fee of ₹500.
• BBQ: Pre-arranged for a fee of ₹1000/ setup.
• Projector: ₹1,000 for movie nights.
• Security: CCTV covers outdoor areas, including the pool.
• We have an outdoor kitchen with LPG for cooking for guests, and the charges for using the kitchen are Rs. 2500/ day for regular household cooking, and for a chef, full cylinder charges are to be paid 6000/- INR.

Guest access
Guests have full access to both 6br + 3br villas in the same compound, including all the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, rooftop terrace in the 6br villa only, garden, pool, and parking space. The pool and garden are private and maintained regularly, promising a clean and safe environment.

• Safety: The pool is CCTV-monitored; kids must be supervised. No lifeguard on duty.
• WiFi is available.

House Rules
• Check-in/out: 3 PM / 11 AM sharp.
• Smoking: Outdoors only.
• Alcohol: follow local Telangana excise laws.
• Security Deposit, which is 100% refundable, is only charged for any damages: ₹6,000 (higher for events).
• Pets at the property: (There are resident swans and ducks!).
• Events: Event prices are different; hence, for charges and arrangements, prior approval is required.

Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment

1. No Lifeguard On Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

2. Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt at the outdoor washrooms before entering the pool.

3. No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only. Broken glass is hazardous and will incur a cleaning fee.

5. No Diving or Rough Play: The pool is 5–6 ft deep—jumping or diving is not permitted for safety reasons.

6. No Food in the Pool: Enjoy snacks at the garden seating area instead.

7. Alcohol & Swimming: Drink responsibly—excessive alcohol and swimming don’t mix.
