Step inside to discover a cozy yet spacious penthouse that seamlessly blends comfort with practicality, the home features 2 king-sized bedroom on first floor, ideal for 4 guests, one bedroom comes with an attached bathroom while other bedroom doesn't, All rooms are equipped with AC, ceiling fan, bedside tables, wardrobe, extra pillows.



The attached bathroom is clean, functional, and equipped with geysers, jet sprays, mirrors, exhaust fans, and dispensers with shampoo and body wash.



Our living room, attached to the dining area, is designed for relaxation and connection. Kick back on the sofa and enjoy a movie on the 55-inch TV, under the cool comfort of 2 ACs and ceiling fans. It comfortably seats up to 10 people, perfect for game nights or a calm evening in with a book from our in-house collection. Comes with a common wahroom.



Right next to the living cum dining area you can find a balcony that overlooks the lake.



The dining area, just steps from the kitchen, has seating for 6 and is perfect for long conversations over home-cooked meals. Speaking of which, the fully equipped kitchen offers double-door refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, wine glasses. No extra charge for use. Feel free to cook or bring in food from nearby restaurants.



Outdoor Spaces

While the property does not offer a garden, rooftop, or patio, you’re just short walkable distance lakefront, a serene natural setting where you can sip your morning tea or enjoy an evening stroll. Outdoor smoking is allowed, so feel free to enjoy the fresh air with your preferred company.

We’ve stocked the home with board games like carrom and chess for indoor fun. The private parking space fits two cars, and we’ve got you covered with an inverter for power backup. You’ll also find thoughtful touches like garbage bins in every room, ceiling fans, and extra linens. While we don’t offer Wi-Fi or a sound system, the environment is perfect for unplugging and reconnecting with those who matter most.

There is no Wi-Fi, so plan if you’re working remotely.

The property is on the first floor and we also have a common lift.
No hair dryer or towels are provided, so guests are advised to bring their own.
