This bright & airy townhome is located just step from Stone Harbor's Public Recreation area (ball fields, basketball and tennis courts & a playground), fishing and sunsets at the Public Dock located at 83rd Street and bay front!! Walk to the Concord and Icona. THE FLOOR PLAN...on the First Floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms and laundry room. At the top of the stairs, you are greeted by a large & inviting Living Room. Vaulted ceiling enhances the ambiance and adds voluminous feel to this main living area. The kitchen has a sliding door leading to a private deck, the perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail's while watching amazing sunsets! 1 bedroom and 1 hall bath complete the second floor. Owner provides wireless internet service, and a changeover cleaning is included upon departure. Beach tags are also provided but not guaranteed. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. Please check your lease for exact check in time.
