Inside, you’ll find clean, modern design with thoughtful touches throughout. The open-concept living area flows into a sleek, updated kitchen and dining space—perfect for gathering after a day on the course or exploring Old Town.

Step outside and experience your own private resort. Whether you’re teeing off on the putting green, playing a round of bocce ball, grilling by the built-in BBQ, or soaking in the sun by the pool, the backyard was made for relaxing and reconnecting. Evenings are best spent around the fire table or under the covered patio as the desert sky fades to starlight.

From Kierland to Fashion Square, Talking Stick Golf to top-tier dining on Scottsdale Road, the best of the city is just minutes away.

We are available as much or as little as you desire. Our office and homes are nearby so anyone from our staff can accommodate your needs.

House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 16 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍

The backyard was flawless and had everything we were looking for with a poolside retreat. I was really looking forward to the putting green myself (37yo male) and my 3yr old son truly couldn't get enough of it too. The putting green was built and maintained well with nice sloping to challenge even an experienced golfer in a good way. The shallow ledge in the pool about a foot deep was perfect for my son and wife to relax and play in the pool, while still having a nice deep end. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean. We loved the overall design of the home. Quick drive to downtown Scottsdale. The QR code-based manual for the home was extremely user friendly and most helpful for understanding key details for just about everything - this seems basic but this part really set them apart and above the rest from other VRBOs we've used. We would absolutely stay here again.
