Spacious Studio - Historic Woodland

There is no spot closer to Franklin Park Conservatory-unless you are staying on the grounds! This adorable studio apartment has a king-sized bed, living, dining room areas, cute kitchen, fully equipped bathroom and on-site laundry accommodations! Recently renovated and ready to house guests coming in for an evening at the Conservatory, or any type of downtown activity, this unit has a separate entrance, requiring outside stairs, but can also be booked with the main house for a massive retreat!

When you pull up to the property you will be taken aback by the historic nature of the massive house. Please park on the space that is marked for the apartment ( S ) labelled parking lot and then you will climb up the exterior staircase (about 40 stairs) to the top floor of the home. This apartment is the third floor of a newly renovated landmark property in Columbus.

Once you enter the unique door code you will enter the studio apartment. You will be in the dining room, and to your left will be the laundry area and the bathroom, complete with an original claw foot tub converted to a shower. Past the bathroom is the cute kitchen that has everything you need to cook at home, or heat up take out! The dining room opens up to an expansive living room/bedroom area that is combined so you can either watch TV from the couch or bed - you choose! Open up the blinds out front and you will see the gorgeous grounds of Franklin Park Conservatory from your elevated living space. What more could you want!

You will have the entire third floor of a historic home in Columbus Ohio. It is accessed via an exterior staircase. You must be comfortable with climbing stairs to access this property.

We will not be on site, but will be available through the app for your needs and questions.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings.


• We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the Property, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive to any outrageous noise!


• The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the House at any given time.


• Your safety matters to us! Our Property is equipped with friendly outdoor security cameras. These cameras are specifically placed outside the property, ensuring a secure environment for all guests.

• We do not allow 3rd party bookings. If found to be in violation of any house rules we reserve the right to end your stay and enter the unit immediately.


• We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.


• Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.


• That you have a valid photo idea, verified email address.


• We have a 4pm check in policy and 11am check out policy unless authorized by upper management.


• If you wish to have an early check in time or later check out please ask and we will check with upper management to verify that this is something that we can accommodate.


• There will be a fee for all early check in and late check outs!


• Check out time is strictly 11am if this does not work for you please get a late check out or please be prepared or book another night. Enjoy!


• We also have a Moderate refund policy as stated by Airbnb. No exceptions!



• Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the house.


• We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected.


• This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It`s important that we abide by those same rules inside the unit. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the house.


•$100 fee for unreturned or lost key fob $75 overnight lockout fee



• No smoking inside the house. If you wish to smoke please set outside, no candles (there is a fee for this action) .$500 smoking fee if found to be smoking inside of premises.



• Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise. Packages or mail may not be shipped to the house.


• We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. Lockbox must be properly locked at all times.


• No unregistered guests without prior approval and the number of guests may not exceed the number on the reservation. Be nice to our neighbors.

Located between downtown Columbus and Bexley, the East Broad Street Historic District in Columbus, Ohio is a historic district that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. The district includes the section of East Broad Street from Ohio Avenue on the west to Monypenny Street on the east. It includes lavish residences and is also home to Franklin Park Conservatory.

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is Central Ohio’s premier botanical garden and home to the iconic John F. Wolfe Palm House which dates back to 1895. Situated just east of Franklin Park, the Conservatory is approximately two miles from downtown Columbus. Our house is located within walking distance to the Conservatory.

The visitor experience spans about 13-acres and is comprised of the Conservatory building, a Children’s Garden and the Grand Mallway. The experience consists of botanical biomes, lush gardens, special horticulture and art exhibitions, and seasonal offerings. A collection of glass works by artist Dale Chihuly is also on display. The grounds host a 4-acre garden adjacent to the visitor experience that encompasses an apiary, rose pavilion, berry house and 40 community garden plots as well as, a demonstration kitchen and Live-Fire Cooking Theater. This area is open to the public at no charge from dawn until dusk.

We do have exterior cameras at multiple points of the house for your security. Outside of every door there will be a camera!
