Beautifully renovated 3 Bedroom 3.5-bathroom penthouse condo located just steps from the beach in a quaint low-rise building with elevator. Only one other unit on the penthouse floor.

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from The Blue Marlin, situated only steps from the beach. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and miniature golf all within a short walk. Perfect for all seasons.

Get some much-needed rest and relaxation in this quiet and charming condominium complex. Eat and read outdoors on the extra-large balcony, watching the sun rise and set over the beautiful ocean

For those needing to work remotely, there is a workstation equipped with monitor available for use

Enjoy catching up on all of your shows on the large 75-inch Smart TV in the living room. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own Ensuite Bathroom and 55inch Smart TV. Primary bedroom and one of the secondary bedrooms have additional pull-out beds.

Linens and bathroom towels will be provided, along with shared laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, and soaps. Starter toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, and bath soaps will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels. A limited number of beach towels will be available in the primary bedroom closet if you forget your own.

Washer/Dryer located in unit laundry room

A limited number of beach toys and chairs are available for use, located in the unit's first-floor storage room

Sleeps up to Maximum of 8 guests, including children less than 18 years of age.

Please note The Blue Marlin property rules and restrictions:

- Check In 4PM, Check Out 10AM. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate early check ins or late checkouts to allow for adequate cleaning

- Quiet Time is Enforced 9PM until 8AM daily. Please respect other building guests by maintaining appropriate volumes and respectful behavior inside the unit at all times.

- No Parties/Events/Gatherings allowed at any time

- Number of guests checking in must match number included at time of booking. Additional guests will be charged per rental agreement. Additional guests beyond the maximum of 8 guests, including children less than 18 years of age, are not permitted at any time, and violations will be maximally enforced according to signed rental agreement.

- Minimum rental age 18

- Individual booking the rental must stay throughout the rental period, and accepts responsibility for the stay

- No pets of any type permitted in unit, on patio, or on site

- Pool Hours are 8AM - 10PM. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK, NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. Children must be accompanied by adult. Appropriate attire required, No loud music or drunken/disruptive behavior, No glass or glass bottles permitted on deck or in pool. Infants/small children must wear appropriate swim diapers or be potty trained.

- No grilling or fires/candles/ FIREWORKS/ sparklers/ flammable oils or fluids allowed on site: No grilling inside of unit or on patio, or on property. Property does not permit grilling.

- No smoking/vaping/cannabis use inside of unit or on patio or entryway to unit. Tobacco products may not be discarded on property or in common areas. Follow stated building regulations as noted on property signage when outside of unit.

- Firearms not permitted on property or on-site, concealed or otherwise

- No Illicit drug use on site or inside of unit, including no drunken or disruptive behavior

- No inappropriate or illicit use of internet or WiFi

- Property may not be used for purposes of business generation or for sale of products or services.

- The hanging of laundry or clothing/swimsuits/towels on the outdoor patio or in front of unit on railings or bench is prohibited by property regulations

*Signed Rental Agreement and valid ID required within 24 hours of booking request to finalize and confirm booking.

*Security Deposit required up to $500. Deposit to be processed by Host on guest's credit card. Deposit must be received within 48 hours of check-in or booking may be canceled without notice or refund.

**External outdoor safety cameras must not be disconnected/moved/covered/blocked/blurred/tampered with/damaged/destroyed/removed or turned

****Failure to abide by house rules may result in fines and immediate eviction from property without notice or refund****

- Host will contact guest within 24 hours of check in to provide check-in instructions for The Blue Marlin. Door code to be provided prior to check-in at 4pm. No early check-in or late check-out will be permitted, to allow adequate time for cleaning before your arrival. Guests should notify owners immediately of any issues encountered upon check-in (and any time thereafter) and permit timely host entry to address any concerns. Guest agrees to permit owner/HOA/repair staff immediate entry to address safety concerns (including monthly pest control services scheduled by Homeowners Association).
