Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Amazing location with amazing views

The greatest thing about this resort and this apartment is the views of the bay and the ability for great snorkeling just steps from your front door. At any given point there were dozens of sea turtles in the water which could be seen from the balcony or with fantastic views while snorkling. The resort area was nice, staff were friendly and we saw the cleaning crew out every day raking and maintaining the grounds. The surrounding area was also great, much quieter than the more touristy areas of Maui, but still enough around that we could go grab coffee or groceries. Overall it was amazing and all we could ever hope for

Magical location!

Great condo overlooking the bay. Snorkeling with sea turtles just steps away and take a lush beach trail to the beach/ breakfast. Will definitely be back!

Our family so enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, great air con, ceiling fans and automatic shades for lanai when needed. It was very well appointed as we wanted for nothing. The beach chairs, noodles and umbrella were used every day. The front office supplied us with beach towels that we were responsible for laundering each day.The views of bay and ocean are STUNNING fromthe living room, lanai and loft upstairs. Such a special sight to wake up to each day in the loft. Only the bedroom didn't have a view.We chose to stay in and cook simple meals, enjoyed cocktails or had take out as there is no restaurant that has a better view than the one we had on the lanai. We loved watching the numerous turtles in the bay & the glorious sunsets. We even got a couple of rainbows. We love Napili Point for its peaceful and well kept grounds and beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed the two pools and also Napili beach just around the corner. Short drive to restaurants and shops in Kaanapali. We were very sad to leave and would love to come back to this unit in the future.

Great View in Napili

The overall property is perfectly located in a pristine bay. Views are outrageous. Unit itself is clean and as advertised. Needs some updating especially the bathrooms, but do not let this deter you from coming. Would stay here again.

Great place!

This place was great and roomy. The cove it looks over is great for snorkeling. There is a beach front too that is easy to walk to, as well as a couple restaurants right next door.

Gorgeous Views

This property is right on the ocean with stunning views from the main living areas and upstairs loft bedroom! You can snorkel in Napili Bay right below and we saw giant sea turtles which are regulars in this bay apparently. Check out The Snorkel Store report on Instagram daily though. All our days were rated excellent except the last which was extreme danger due to undertows

Snorkeling Paradise

We chose this location for the amazing snorkeling in the bay below and the incredible views. We were either on the balcony enjoying the views or in the bay. This was a beautiful, clean condo perfect for our family with the two beds in the loft for the kids. the kitchen had everything we needed and the furniture and beds were really comfy! We also appreciated that it had cable and strong wi-fi! We will be back, thank you for a memorable week!

Place was great. The view was incredible, we watched whales breach All Day Long ! Watched the green sea turtles in the bay and snorkelled with them numerous times. Away from packs of tourists.

Perfect place to stay for our family. We'll air-conditioned for sleeping. Enjoyed the breezes when we opened the house during the day. Most of all the views were great! From here walk to the beach is just a few minutes stroll. Rent any beach gear next door. Kapalua just up the street. Grocery just a block away

Napili condo

My husband and our four children stayed at this Napili Point unit. The view is beautiful, better than in the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. You can sit on the lanai and watch sea turtles in the bay. This is near Napili beach, but you have to walk over rocks to get there. It was fine for us, but difficult for my parents, who were staying in another unit at the same property.

Beautiful views both during the day and the night. We liked that it had more of a neighborhood feel instead of several big high rise resorts. 1 day 1 of the many rainbows our week looked like it stated right in the mouth of our cove. Snorkeling with the turtles was great. Comfortable enough space for both my wife & I plus 1 of our adult sons. Wish we had tried the Gazebo before our 8th morning. ; ) Coming back for sure.

Great location and nice condo

This is our 3rd stay at Napili Point and 2nd in this condo. We love snorkeling in the bay which has several turtles and is only accessible from the properties around it. The views are great from both inside the condo and on the lanai. I wouldn't describe the condo as luxurious, but the beds are comfortable, the showers work great, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a boogie board, fins, beach chairs and a well equipped kitchen. The photos are accurate. We highly recommend and would rent this unit again.

Great Maui vacation

We had a great time at Napili Point Unit C22. Everything was amazing. My granddaughters snorkeled and swam every day. Worked on their tans. Took many underwater pictures of the turtles in the bay. We love the view, and the sunsets, and enjoyed meals on the lanai. The condo was well appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. A great 9 days. Thank you.

Amazing views

We've stayed at NP several times - we love the relaxed ambience of the Napili area. NP is an older complex that's well-maintained but not fancy. C22 was our favourite unit to date - the views are spectacular. Everything was clean and nicely maintained - nothing broken or wonky. Good layout. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. Amazing snorkelling outside your door, a fantastic beach right around the corner. What more could you need? We hope to be back!

Napili Condo

Beautiful view from the livingroom! This unit was comfortable for us- 2 adults and 2 teens. A bit difficult to close and open the upper curtains in livingroom to block the sun and it got quite hot in the condo in the afternoon and no fans other than ceiling fans which do not cool down the rooms sufficiently. Would recommend getting some standing fans to help circulate the air. Overall a good spot-clean and charming. Would stay again and recommend it to friends/family

Gorgeous Views and Quiet Property

This is our 7th time staying in Maui as a family and this was my favourite property of all. Nothing beats waking up to turtles swimming right off your deck! Napili is so quaint and quiet compared to the other areas of Maui but still fabulous restaurants and nice beaches. The condo was a perfect temperature with the levered windows to allow cross ventilation, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. My husband who loves snorkeling was in heaven having one of the best snorkeling bays right outside our door. He went 13 times in 10 days and even saw an octopus. There is also a nice little market close by where you will find restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store and a pharmacy. I will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Maui Vacation

My family and I (6 plus a baby) just spent 10 wonderful days at Napili Point Resort, C22, Maui. This unit was just perfect for our family, we spent many an evening on the lanai watching the turtles, the gorgeous sunset, marveling at the number of stars in the sky, gazing at Lanai and Molokai, and, best of all, just enjoying that lovely Maui breeze! We even saw a rainbow which had one tip in the lagoon in front of us...amazing. C22 is the best equipped condo, it had everything, even a rice cooker! Always ample fresh towels, and maid services. The resort is one of the best maintained, courteous and helpful staff...it felt like a home away from home. From our condo, we were able to swim at beaches from Kapalua down to Kaanapali, and, most days swam with the turtles in the bay...we met other tourists who were longing to see turtles...heck, we saw them every time we looked out to the bay! We enjoyed our meals at the Hula Grill and Leodas (the best pies!) Russ was very helpful, and prompt in answering our inquiries...We highly recommend this unit, and we hope to be back someday.

Great week in Napili!

My family 2 adults and 2 children under 12 spent a week in C22 and had a great time! The views are as advertised and we also even got a rainbow! The snorkeling with the turtles was amazing, but getting in and out on the rocks was tough and ultimately too much for the kids. The Hotel next door has a great way into the bay but they restrict entry via an access code. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the turtles and even saw dolphins once from there. The sunset views from Napili Point were fantastic! The condo itself is good the beds are decent and the kitchen was okay, short on dishes and utensils especially cooking utensils. It ultimately proved easier to eat dinners out. The daily maid service was nice (wish they would do the dishes!). It was great that the condo had boogie boards and sand toys we used these every day! The trade winds at night and the windows made the temperature nice in the condo at night. Overall we enjoyed it and would book again. I am rating it as good because it is not amazing which would be my excellent. Like I said we would definitely stay again.

Nice condo and great view with turtles

Napili Point is a nice location along the northern end of the west side of Maui. Nestled on a small cove, it is a visiting spot for sea turtles, saw turtles almost every day. Although, the snorkeling entry and exit can be a bit tricky, it is nice once you get out into the cove. Access to Napili Beach (Bay) is on a rough beach/rocky path, so it can be challenging for young children or older folks, but less than 5 minutes and you're there - so great access. The condo is a nice size with no air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in the main room, the loft and bedroom. There is also a sun shade on the lanai. There was always a breeze so it wasn't too hot (Jan to Feb). The condo overall had lots of conveniences including 2, smaller flat screen TV's, 1 DVD player & limited cable, and internet (took us a while to figure out how to change to the DVD). Full kitchen including leftover containers, could use more spices but I understand. There were also beach chairs and boogie boards and extra fins. The condo could use a good fix up/paint job and the appliances are not stainless, again not that it matters (only the dishwasher, which was amazingly quiet). Beds were comfy and we had the loft bed set up as a king instead of two twins). The loft is open, so it was more difficult at night to be quite for our 10 year old, and it is pretty bright in the morning. Bedroom was able to hear others in parking lot and adjoining condos but wasn't too bad. some smokers would also smoke in the parking lot and then smoke would come into our condo. Maid service were nice and helpful. BBQ's were great and were cleaned daily. Pools were nice but no hot tub. Plenty of parking. Overall quiet and there seemed to be mostly older folks there. I expected a nicer/more updated condo for the price but the view and location were worth it.

Lovely Condo at Napili Point Resort

This condo was great for our family of four. There is a loft (only on C levels) Ours had two twin beds. The open format of the loft made it a little more comfortable for my 12 year old daughter and 19 year old son to share a space. The loft has a railing and overlooks the living room, where there is a pull out sofa bed. We had relatives visit who had a toddler and they were very worried about the open spaces on the stairs to the loft. There is a beautiful view from the loft right out to Honukeana bay.The master bedroom is downstairs and has lots of space. Being in the back of the condo, it's right on the parking lot so you hear the people leaving at 3:30 or 4:00am to go see the sunrise at Haleakala and at other times as well. This is the case for all the condos on the B or C level. The condo doesn't have air conditioning so the windows must be open all the time to let in the trades (in July, sometimes the trades are non existent). Beds are comfortable with white linens. The downstairs shower/toilet room is tiny, barely room to turn around, but the shower itself is very nice. There is a roomy double sink vanity downstairs.The upstairs bathroom also has a toilet/shower/bath room a bit larger than the one downstairs. The upstairs vanity has one sink. The kitchen has everything you need including the fridge with ice-maker (!), electric range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, pots, pans, rice cooker, dishes and utensils. The decor is very nice. Granite countertops, tile floor. Carpet in LR, loft, on stairs. From the kitchen you can look past the living area out to Honokenea Bay, the ocean, and Lanai in the distance. The view is SW so in summer the sunset is not directly in front of the lanai, but you can easily step onto the grounds for spectacular shots. There are 2 pools, several bbq areas, access from the rocks into Honokenea Bay. Turtles everywhere! Great snorkeling and stand up paddle boarding. We were there during a heatwave with high humidity so I would have loved air-con. Though the resort is located at Napili point, it is not all that easy to get over to Napili Bay and beach, particularly if you are carrying gear or have the very young or old with you. Seems silly to drive a minute away, then find parking (we had SUPboards) Next door,Napili Shores, doesn't let you walk through their property, so you must go on the street or on the uneven path and rocks along the shore. Had a great time, loved Napili, comfy condo, do recommend!
