Our problem was the home was not clean. Towels in the dryer, dirty towels in master bedroom closet, dirty shower in 2nd bath. Patio was dirty with leaves and dirt. Also one of the seats in the sectional was broke.House easily accommodated our group and location was good.

Property manager communicates with guest on the day they checked in. Manager’s reports. “She complained about almost everything. She brought up a water leak that made no sense. If her story was true, the house would have flooded, but it never did. She also refused to let anyone enter to inspect or clean. She was just making up excuses to get a discount. She only wanted money off.” Hideo

The host was very good with communication and I couldn’t ask for a better experience in that aspect. The only thing I would recommend is bring or buy your own towels. Towels were provided but they did have an interesting smell to them.

A large space that was wonderful for 5 kids to be in. Having the pool table, ping pong, and foosball was great. Location was easy to get to and close to where we needed to be. Easy for deliveries to find. Host communication was incredible.

There was a washung machine and dryer for our use. The pull out bed was a little uncomfortable, but we used the comforters off the beds and it made it a little more tolerable. place was clean.
