Charming 3-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in peaceful Bethesda

Experience Bethesda like a local in this 3-bedroom house. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can feel right at home. The 3 bathrooms offer a bathtub . This welcoming property is a marvelous choice for your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. The house has three floors, with the basement set up as a separate apartment that has its own private entrance and is currently occupied. You will have the whole fenced yard to yourself. There is sound insulation between the floors, so you won’t notice any presence from below. I have rented the place to a few people in the past with Pets or children and received no complaints. One of them even extended to stay for 1 more month. Located in very convenient, high end neighborhoods. Lastly, the house is deep cleaned before the guests arrive. I also washed sheets, blankets and comforter after the guests leave. A nice neighborhood to walk around and close proximity to everything.

This place was everything our group needed. We were in town for the Cherry Blossom 10 Miler and this was a great home base for the weekend. Email short walk to Wildwood Shopping center and not too far to the Grosvenor-Strathmore metro station (the parking garage is free there on weekends). We really couldn’t ask for more in a stay in Bethesda. I would definitely stay there again.

Hello, I am a single mom with 18 years old daughter. We also have 3 years old poodle. My daughter is currently living in dorm and I mostly stay with my fiancee. We love the areas so much and wanted to share the space with other. My long term renter live in basement. He is very trustworthy and has private access to basement via driveway on the right side of the house . He helped me with taking out trash and other Knick Knack that I need help with. He worked a lot and you won’t even notice his presence.

Why they chose this property

It’s a rich neighborhood. A nice place to walk the dog or kids in the neighborhood. Walking distance to Upscale Wildwood Shopping center, a few minutes drive to Metro, Pike&Rose, DC, Tyson, downtown Bethesda. Plenty to do around there. You could park at Grosvenor station then take the trains everywhere.
