• There is an environmental tax to be collected at Property of MXN $79.19 per night, converted to USD depending of the exchange rate of the day.

• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card may be required at check-in for incidental charges
• Child Age Policy: Children are considered between the ages of 4 and 12 at the time of travel. Guests aged 13 and above are considered adults for booking and occupancy purposes.
• The maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests total, including both adults and children.

• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• NO SMOKING in the house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens.
