About the host
Hosted by Karla Nelson
I raised my beautiful children in this community for over 25 years! Currently, Wade and I live half the year in ND and the other half in Healy. Two of the three children still reside here and now are raising their family in this amazing community. You will fall in love with it too like so many others have!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood chose us! It sat vacant for a number of years just waiting for us to purchase it...We knew we wanted a place close to the children (plus 5 grand children!). It's a miracle how it all came together. We feel so blessed to be able to own this property and share it with you.
What makes this property unique
The man that originally build the cabin passed away leaving the place vacant for over 20 years. The cabin is an authentic work of art very well built and a great example of an organic cabin for the area. We give a detailed history of the place while you enjoy your stay.
