Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that traveling with a two-year-old can make certain property features, particularly stairs, much more important when choosing accommodations. The photos in our listing do show the stairs leading up to the loft inside as well as the exterior stairs leading to the units so guests can get a good sense of the layout before booking. We would also like to clarify the operation of the entry door. The door does lock securely from the outside, and a code is required to enter the unit. From the inside, however, the door is intentionally designed to allow occupants to exit without having to unlock it. This is an important safety feature that allows for a quick exit in the event of an emergency. We recognize that this particular layout may not be the best fit for every family, especially those traveling with very young children. We appreciate your feedback and hope this additional information provides some helpful clarification for future guests when determining whether the property and its layout are a good fit for their stay.
