Nestled in a serene setting, this quaint retreat is the perfect spot for an enjoyable getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place sitting in the screen porch next to the pond! You can walk to Great shopping and food. Walking paths through the neighborhood.

Use Outside hose to remove all Sand. Don't shower sand off in the shower or tub. Key or key fob replacement cost is $100
Clean Grill off after use or a $25.00 cleaning fee will be charged. Close all binds and curtains. Lock patio door.
Turn AC upto 75 when leaving. Remove all sheets and place with towels on front of the washer. Put trash and recycle in bids in the gargage.

I found my new shore home!

The property was absolutely gorgeous! As soon as we walked in, our collective jaw dropped! It is superbly appointed as if David, the host, pondered over every tiny detail that would make one’s stay as perfect as possible. He had beach towels, beach chairs, top notch linens and appliances, etc. Far too much to list here; but, the place is definitely five stars!

The place is exactly like the pictures only Way Better!!! David the owner really went all out to make this home PURE PERFECTION! The initial door open is breathtaking from the wide open beautiful kitchen to the big open gorgeous living room, it was just Stunning! And walking the rest of the house everyone was super excited about their rooms and the play room! The mattresses in every room were so comfortable, and the play room was a huge hit with the kids. We really enjoyed the screened in back porch where we sat every morning and drank our coffee while watching the crane and the geese. The gym and the pool were great add one to our PERFECT VACATION!!! Thank you David for everything!
