About this property
Spacious in-suite room Bo. Herrera, Asuncion
Quiet, spacious and bright in-suite room in the most strategic place in residential neighbourhood. Beautiful garden, full of light and sun, for one or two people. At walking distance to the most fashionable shopping malls, pubs and night life.
The bedroom is private with an in-suite bathroom. There is privacy since it is not attached to the house. The kitchen, that you are welcome to share is large and cosy. There are cabinets where you can keep your groceries and part of the fridge is for you too.
There is parking room for a small-medium size car. There is an eating place just about a block away and small mini markets on our road. Depending on where you want to go, there are bus stops at 10 - 15 minutes walking distance. We have pets, cats and dogs. They are ultra friendly and we look after them.
