This delightful villa boasts a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed for extra space. Guests can unwind in the 2 bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer, tub and shower. Kickback, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee in our spacious all season sunroom. If you like luxury and you want to be steps to the sand, look no further because this one is a 30 second walk. I'm a Chiefs fan and decide in Kansas City. I have a sweet husband, who is also a licensed Realtor. We have 2 teen boys and 2 Golden Doodle dogs. I visit Siesta Key often and love the area.
Why they chose this property
We chose this villa because it is a free standing unit with parking at the door. We love not having shared halls or walls. The water can be seen from our back door. Depending on the person, it's a 30 second walk to get your toes in the sand. This is perfect for morning beach walks and trips out for sunset. We consider this large private beach as our back yard!
What makes this property unique
There are only a few units that are as large as ours. Most 2 bedrooms are 700-900 square feet. Some are 1000. This one is 1300, making a huge difference. It allows our family to spread out and really feel like it's a beach house.
