Free parking is available for one car inside. You will have an assigned spot inside the garage attached to the building.

Note, it is an older garage and can be tight especially for large or oversized vehicles.

All confirmed bookings will be required to submit a photo ID for guest screening. If intending to use the parking garage we will need vehicle information as well.

Please note this is a 2 Story Townhouse, and steps are required to get upstairs and access the bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.

Surveillance cameras are in the hallways for security. Minut/NoiseAware device are in the unit for noise level. It does not record conversation, rather only measures level of noise based on decibel (dB).

Please note this is a residential building with other long term guests. People who live here have lives & jobs to go to every morning. As a result, our building has a VERY strict no party policy, and quite hours from 10pm-7am. No smoking or loitering is permitted in any of the common areas. We have 24/7 security and management on site and hold a zero tolerance policy for those who do not follow our house rules.

All guests are subject for manual review and may be cancelled (without penalty on the Host) if the Host deems your reservation to be high-risk.

A wonderful spot, accommodating, and friendly hosts! Easily located to walk to some really good spots (coffee, rocket arena, and Progressive field .) stayed for a sleep token concert and guards game and my friend and I both told eachother we’d easily stay here again!

Thick dust on pipes. Garage looks like it will collapse, smells when you enter, elevators land badly slanted - look unsafe, trash room made the whole floor stink, poor hall lighting, cheap furniture needs repair, need more towels, need more toilet paper, ask client to wash dishes, too many rules, big missing parts of the underflooring with vynil over top - trip hazard, no hangers, no master closet, no place to set your luggage, 10am checkout, tight bathroom

The building itself is quite old, and while it was great to have a parking spot, the garage felt very dated, tight and hard to navigate, and a bit creepy. The apartment was maintained well and clean, though we did find hair in the bathroom and chair was missing two screws. The host was very responsive and provided an extremely detailed PDF with check-in instructions, which made arrival somewhat smooth. Door code wasn’t provided (or that it was missed) until 5 minutes upon arrival. It was definitely a bit stressful not to have that information. The location was convenient and nice, but it did get noisy outside at night. Overall, a mixed experience with both positives and areas that could be improved. Would still recommend if looking for a property to stay.

We love that we can offer free parking, but yes, the parking garage is older and can be tight, we do mention this in the description and the checkin guide. The building itself has character, it's a historical building that was previously an office building, converted into the loft style apartments there today.  I’m happy over all you had a great stay.
