Guest access
NO RESORT FEES
All guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid copy of their ID at check-in. The building does not allow any unregistered guests overnight. Maximum apartment occupancy is 4 guests.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, affordable valet services plus building amenities: one of the newest gyms in town, heated pool, convenience store, coffee shop, business center, meeting room.
In order to have access for all resort amenities you need just use a KEY FOB, which you will find at the room at the key holder , next to AC thermostat
Other things to note
-From listed under beach essentials I do provide beach chairs and umbrellas, but not beach towels
-From listed under cooking essentials we do provide cooking basic, but not oil, pepper, salt (you can purchase all extra depend of your preferences at the convenient store downstairs )
-We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $60 for 1 PM or $100 for 3 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.
Please be informed that building is running construction company to installing the new soundproof windows.
The unit must be accessible to the construction team at 9 am on installation day. Delaying the entry to the unit will cause a delay in the project.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, we must follow this protocol to get this project completed for the benefit of everyone in the building.
The laundry is located on the same floor across the unit and is shared with the neighbors. It has a small fee per load.
Packages (Amazon, eBay, etc) can be delivered to the front desk with the following fees charged by the building: $5 for regular size packages
-Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host is not responsible for storing or shipping items.
- The swimming pool is open daily from 8 am until 8 pm.
- The pool deck is open from dawn to dusk.
- BBQ is open from 8 am until 10 pm. The maximum use of barbecue is 2 hours for one time.
- Luggage drop-off is available with the front desk before check-in, at $10 per suitcase.
- Trash chute located at the end of the hallway both side .
For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:
- Bedding and towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent.
* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fix it within 24 hours. (Per your request Only)
