This spacious and comfortable Villa with its modern amenities is sure to delight your most sophisticated taste. The building has two levels that are rented separately with identical features but different décor and separate access points. They are advertised by different property numbers. You are presently viewing Property number 465125 which is the first floor. The lower floor can be viewed by searching property number 1737032 or at www.vrbo.com/1737032/. You can choose to relax in your air conditioned rooms, enjoy a sun tan on the veranda/patio or simply sit and allow the constant ocean breeze to caress your body providing a pleasant and relaxing open air experience.

No need to worry about the loss of Electrical power. A 20KW propane/gas generator will automatically power on to allow for continuous service. You will have no down time.

Jasmine villa provides all the comforts of home! The professional center island kitchen was carefully designed to prepare gourmet meals and is every chef's dream. It is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances custom cherry cabinetry, travertine floor, pantry, a cozy breakfast or drink bar with twirling stools and a flat screen television to watch the news, your favorite sport or show while you dine. Patio furnishings and a gas grill are provided for alfresco dining.

The furnishings are modern, hip and comfortable with art pieces and thoughtful personal touches adding to the villa's warm and welcoming ambience. The master bedroom is air conditioned with recess lighting and the choice of two ceiling fans. The other two rooms are also air conditioned with the choice of ceiling fans.

Five minute away you can enjoy a round of golf at the spectacular Mahogany Run Golf Course with the famous 'devil triangle'.

Our Villa is located five (5) minutes from the world famous Magens Bay Beach. Great swimming and snorkeling can be had there and on almost any beach on the island. In addition there are many options for recreational water sports activities such as windsurfing and jet-skiing. You can also spend time exploring at Coral World Marine Park, a fascinating undersea aquarium, where you can get close and personal with their newest acquisitions of Dolphins and Sea Lions.

Our sister island of St. John is only 15 minutes away by ferry. There you can enjoy more of the Virgin Islands which involve historic tours, water sports, beaches, island food and other fun activities.

Stay was great. A few hiccups but the host was super responsive and took care of everything right away. I’m from St. Thomas so I’m quite used to island life and expecting the unexpected. Lots of great space and perfect view.

Marvelous stay!

I stayed at Jazmine Villas with my family which included my hubby and two young children! We all enjoyed ourselves. The villa was clean, spacious, had all that we needed including a crib, and was very well located. We had travel issues flying to stt; contacted the property manager and she was very friendly, empathetic, and accommodating. The views are spectacular. It overlooks Magens Bay which we also drove to very easily. A minor thing to keep in mind is that you can hear road noise that’s the only issue we had but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just as Expected

The condo looked just as pictured. It was very clean and was the prefect size for the 4 adults in my party. The property is up some steep hills, so I do not recommend renting a compact car. The view from the condo is breath taking. We were greeted by Jocelyn upon arrival and given a tour of the condo. She was very easily accessible by text and even provided us with good contacts for different things we wanted to do in the area.

Great place! You won't be disappointed.

Home is very well finished inside. I picked this home because of the photos, it looked a little nicer than some of the others, and I wasn't disappointed. I considered paying more for some that appeared to be right on the water, but we rented a car so we could go to all the beaches, and it worked out well. This property is only a couple of minutes from Meagan's Beach which was nice, we ended going there the most. The owner was very nice, and available to tell about the different beaches, places to eat etc. The property was perfectly cleaned and maintained and didn't was a problem with anything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family, and visiting there again soon!

Spacious Villa with a great view

We spent 2 weeks at this villa and had a great time. There was plenty of room for our party of 6. And even better, my 2 year old was able to sleep through the night in the crib provided by the property. We had some issues with the wifi in the master bedroom and the tv remote, but besides that everything else went smoothly. This was our first trip since the pandemic started in 2020, so we were glad to get out and be able to safely social distance and vacation with out the worry of high cases of covid (like back in Texas). My husband had a good time chatting with Mr.. Coffee downstairs and his wife and we appreciate everything they did to make our stay great.

From the moment we arrived, we were pampered. Coffee (our host) met us at the airport and escorted us to the grocery store and then on to the villa. This villa was perfect for our group of three couples. The villa was elegant and spacious. We especially enjoyed our view from the balcony lanai. The well appointed bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms, were perfect to give each couple their own space. The kitchen, dining room and living room were spacious and enjoyable places to relax and plan our days. A vehicle is necessary to access this location and be prepared to manuever challenging roads when touring this island. That being said , it is definitely worth the effort:) So much better than a hotel. Thank you Coffee!!!! We had a fabulous vacation!!!

THIS IS IT!

Jasmine Villa is just what I expected- beautiful scenery, quiet environment, and a short distance to the beach. That's not all; this building meets the eye with elegant architectural detail, entire exterior and interior where the accommodation and décor greet you with a warm comfortable at-home feeling. If you need to relax don't forget the porch where the cool irresistible sea breeze will coax you into pleasant dreams, just let go and enjoy. For those of you who live in a big city, blue and starry sky is the norm and you may be lucky to see a falling meteorite or a shooting star as it’s sometimes called. I would be remiss if I fail to mention that you will find Jasmine Villa well maintained, personnel to be friendly and an experience to remember. My family and I have no regrets ; we enjoyed it and recommend it.

House not what I expected :(

House is aged and not well kept. I would say 20-30 years ago this house would have been attractive. Now, the house is run down and worn out. Only AC in the bedrooms and not in the living area is you are there in the hotter months. We didn't have water on two separate days. One day we didn't have hot water. The garbage disposal and dishwasher broke down too. Things break unexpectantly which I get. The property managers may take several hours to return texts, but they do respond and fix things. Oh yes, the dryer stopped working too. This home needs to be renovated before renting out again in my opinion.

Vacation at Jasmine Villa/StThomas

I had the opportunity to spend some time at the Jasmine Villa located atop of the hill at Estate Rosenthal St Thomas USVI where I had the most wonderful time. One of the thing that got my attention besides the friendliness and attentiveness of the management was the unique styling of the rooftop. It was so attractive. The artistry of the railings that support the winding stairs down to the building and continues along this huge patio which wraps around the sides and front of the building is awesome. Such exquisite workmanship displayed. From the patio you have the great panomaric view of the beautiful Magens Bay and the Mahogany Run Golf Course and other surroundings. These attractions are within walking distance which was really nice. The breeze that flows through that place is so refreshing, it gives you that homely and peaceful feeling that is so comforting. Oh what a feeling! As you enter the main building, it is so clean and spacious- tastefully laid out with the open concept. It is enhanced with skylights for natural lighting in the kitchen and hallways. The villa was surely built with a lot of love and imagination by the builder and it was done in good taste. I will recommend this place for a true vacation spot. Try this one time and you will surely fall in love with it.

As discussed with the property owner, these are the following things we found unacceptable. -the front locked (with a key) from the inside and was unable to be opened easily. -exposed wires and electrical areas that were fire hazards and only one smoke detector that we couldn't test to see if it worked. -no AC in the main living area and one of the bedrooms. The living room did not have a working fan with Caribbean heat. -the windows didn't close and mosquitos were inside the house. our daughter got a LOT of bites (over 40 bites from one night stay) -ants throughout the house -every cloth surface was stained and unsanitary -TV in the master bedroom did not work at all. Even talked to the owner to try and get it working to no avail. -brown moldy extremely uncomfortable mattresses -broken doors and handles All of this for over three times the average stay. Would not recommend this to a friend unless the owner changes and fixes these items.

Loved this house!

We loved staying here! House was gorgeous, and perfect for our needs! Great location, and beautiful views! House had what we needed to cook. We came at the very end of hurricane season (so lots of rain and 3 very short power outages), and Mr. Coffee was great with making sure we were OK and showed us how to get the water back on after we lost power! Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!
