This newly constructed property is the home of four individual town homes, each with it's own private patio and outdoor living area. This home is situated just steps away from the Harbour Island Marina and two minutes away from the world famous Pink Sands Beach. Combining the flare of island charm and modern features, this home has been tastefully decorated while providing the comfort of your own home. Some of the features include Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Surround System, Central Air Conditioning, Back Up Generator, Outdoor Entertaining Space including a grill for family social gatherings and a shared pool. We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location is ideal—central to everything yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need: a well-stocked kitchen, laundry facilities (such a nice bonus!), and a great layout with comfortable rooms throughout.The place is impeccably clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the outdoor lanai—such a relaxing way to start each day. Easy access to the beach and the marina for sunset drinks made this the perfect home base for our trip. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, looking forward to another trip and staying here!

Stayed one week with family. The unit was nice, new and clean. Good location, really the only traffic was from the briland club. Walking distance to briland club and Ramora bay. Short gold cart ride to beach/downtown. Pool was nice and we had it to ourselves almost all the time. Would recommend.

Great Place!

Harbor Shores is a well-appointed, beautifully maintained property on a quiet corner of Harbor Island. We loved every minute of our 10-day stay... daily housekeeping was great and they kept us flush with fresh beach (and bath) towels. We would definitely stay there again- our proup of 9 fit perfectly. When my wife and I arrive at our rental home at Harbor Shores, we were immediately delighted to see how clean and new the house was. Everything was fresh and white and brand new. The home exceeded what we were expecting based on the reviews. The downstairs living area is wide open, spacious and has many windows. Sliding doors lead out to a wonderful outdoor living area in a privately enclosed back yard. The heated pool was only several steps away from this area . Our special thanks to Gina who made our stay wonderful.

Perfect Perfect in every way!

Our townhome was one minute to the beach in our golf cart , and it was quiet, clean, and well-stocked. The pool is beautiful as well as large. Gina, the property manager, attended to all our needs such as more water, and she was prompt. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Perfect house for large groups

We stayed 4 nights at the property. It was very clean, modern with everything you needed. It was perfect for a large group (we had 6 adults). The pool is great, although we spent most of the time at the beach. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa and Pool

We stayed here with our young children and our au pair in late January/early February and everything was perfect. The home is beautifully decorated and appointed with four large bedrooms, including two ensuite bedrooms. The third floor guest suite has a view of the ocean. We rented a golf cart, although you can also walk or ride a bike. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the pink sand beaches, maybe 10 minute walk to the town and it is around the corner from the Harbour Island Marina on the bay. We took an “eco excursion” boat charter with Jeff Fox (Fox Diving) and saw starfish, turtles, sea cucumbers and other marine life with our little ones. The owner provisioned the villa with groceries before our arrival, which was very convenient (especially since we arrived late Saturday and stores are closed on Sundays). They also arranged for a crib and high chair for our baby. We ate many meals in the villa but also dined at various restaurants in the area (we recommend Ramora’s for families – they have live music on Sundays). The pool is just steps from the unit, but behind a gate, which we preferred since two of our kids do not swim. The pool area is gorgeous and includes a shower and bathrooms. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. Although the pool is shared with the three other units, we had the pool area to ourselves each day. There is also a backyard space that is private to the unit and is equipped with a gas grill. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and beach towels for our use. There are multiple balconies for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine. Everything in the unit was new and pristine and gorgeous. We have stayed at many Home Away rentals in various locations and have high standards -- this villa met our expectations and more. We definitely recommend. In case you are wondering, you can visit Harbour Island with babies and toddlers. You bring a baby bjorn or similar carrier device and strap the littlest ones to you and commute by golf cart. You can fit an adult and two smaller children in one row in the golf cart. Our kids were 15 months, 3 and 6. We did not bring car seats. We held our kids for the very short taxi cab ride from the North Eleuthera airport to the dock and held our kids on the short boat ride to Harbour Island.
