Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Make sure to leave basement sliding door unlocked.
Make sure keys are put back in pouch and attach to door knob.
Move all outdoor furniture to the side where you found it so it doesn’t blow off porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
