Koozee Farm

Come relax at Koozee Farm where you will stay next to a babbling creek, vegetable garden and adorable chickens. Take a walk to the bridge that crosses the Scott River or to the apple, pear and plum trees throughout the property. The rustic cottage is located 3 min. from the Callahan Emporium where you can grab a beer and burger or drive to Etna to visit the bakery, butchery, distillery or brewery.
*Depending on the weather, the brook and creek may dry up at the end of August through the beginning of November.
Guesthouse is next to main house. Owners on property.

The space:
One bedroom with a queen bed and closet space. It has a small attached bathroom with a slender shower (no bath). Living room includes a small couch, large desk, Roku TV and 2 seater recliner couch. Kitchen has a dining table, refrigerator, sink, hot pad and microwave.
8 acres to walk around with a vegetable garden, chicken run, creek, river, fruit trees and fire pit area that has a table, dart board, cornhole and ring game.

Other things to note
Please note: The cottage was built about 100 years ago. The doorways are narrow and the bathroom is small. There are 4 steps up to the bedroom and bathroom.

No cell service on property. Cellphone must be able to receive calls, texts, etc. via WiFi.
