The Space:

Five bedrooms, five baths, and generous indoor-outdoor living make this an effortless base for large groups - whether you're here to fill your days with activity or simply let the tropical ease of Nuevo Vallarta do its work.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 6 beds, with a total maximum capacity of 13 including a minor under 15, in accordance with condominium rules. All guests - children and babies included - count toward the occupancy limit. Every bedroom is fitted with room-darkening shades and a closet for clothing storage, giving each guest a calm, well-appointed space to rest and recharge. Five full bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly even with a full house.



Outdoor living

Step outside and the Pacific is right there - ocean and mountain views stretching wide from the private balcony, and beach access just steps away. Beach essentials including towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are provided, so shoreline outings require little more than walking out the door. The outdoor pool invites long afternoon swims, while the private hot tub offers a quieter place to unwind as the sun drops over the water. A shared sauna rounds out the options for relaxation.

The private backyard - fully fenced - extends the living space outdoors with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with sink for open-air meals. Resort access broadens your options further, and a shared outdoor shower keeps sandy returns from the beach easy to manage.



Entertainment and recreation

Evenings have plenty to offer without leaving the condo. Gather in the movie theater for a film night, challenge the group to ping pong or pool, or settle in around the TV. For those who want to keep active, the home includes exercise equipment - elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench - and the shared gym in the building provides additional space to move.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is equipped for group cooking - refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, and cooking basics including pots and pans. A dining table brings everyone together for meals at home, and the outdoor kitchen with sink gives you the option of cooking and eating al fresco.



Comfort and convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable through the warm coastal climate, and the single-level layout means no stairs inside the residence. An elevator in the building adds ease of access for all guests. A dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - and reliable Wifi make remote work practical. Free in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light for longer stays, and both a free parking garage on premises and free street parking cover the full group. Self check-in and 24-hour building staff ensure arrivals go smoothly at any hour, and long-term stays are welcome.



Location

Situated within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta in the Flamingos area, the property sits right alongside Banderas Bay on Mexico's Pacific coast. With a humid-tropical climate averaging 28°C year-round, the area delivers consistent warmth, ocean breezes, and an unhurried coastal atmosphere in every season. A laundromat is also available nearby for extended trips.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._9_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.
