* 5-Star Oceanfront Coral Baja Condo *

Oceanfront 5th floor remodeled condo at the Worldmark Baja Coral with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. The resort is a full service resort with a restaurant, SPA, pool bar, daily Happy Hour, activities and more on site. The resort offers resort wide wi-fi for a nominal fee. It sure is fun!

Accommodations: Condo, 1 Bedroom + Murphy bed, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)

4 nights minimum stay except during Christmas and New Years when we have a 7 night minimum stay.

Now proceed and unpack, hit the beach or relax by the pool while planning the rest of your vacation. And do not forget Mama Mia, the hotel restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner, it's fantastic. All this plus resort wide wi-fi at a nominal fee.

Our one bedroom oceanfront condo sleeps two to four with a king-size bed, living room with Murphy full size bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, ocean view terrace, air conditioning, free wi-fi, washer, dryer and much more. Very well equipped and fabulous sea views. Daily maid service is available on request.

Worldmark Coral Baja is a five star, fully equipped Beachfront Resort in San Jose del Cabo. The resort's extensive facilities include a large swimming pool with bar, two huge hot tubs, a lighted tennis court, a nine-hole putting green, a fabulous beach-side restaurant with evening entertainment, mini-market and other nearby shops. Fully equipped fitness room, 24-hour reception, concierge and computer room. Close to the city (San José del Cabo) and on the bus line to Cabo San Lucas. Car rental is available on site, if required.

Many activities are available as it is a Worldmark Resort with scheduled activities every week. The fabulous 'Mama Mia' restaurant has great food and evening entertainment. Safe to have fun! I'll make sure you have some fun and floating toys available for the pool.

I also have access to a three bedroom, three bathroom penthouse unit at the Coral Baja. Please inquire about rates.

Guests have access to the pool, spa, restaurants on-site and all activities.

We offer additional extras to make your stay special, including coupons and discounts at the hotel restaurant and other restaurants and activities.

Beautiful beachfront resort with miles of walking beach as well as surfing available for those that want to try. Lots of activities and amenities on site as well.

The Coral Baja has a shuttle to the resort for $15 per person. There are also taxis stationed just outside the main entrance. And we are on the bus line to Cabo San Lucas, plus we have FREE reserved parking for our guests.

We are private full time owners of two oceanfront condos at the Worldmark Coral Baja.
We have many repeat guests year after year. Easy to fall in love with the Coral Baja and wonderful staff!
Full amenities at this resort. There are two restaurants, SPA, horseback-riding, swim-up bar, entertainment and daily activities on site - lots of fun for all ages. People come back over and over again - they just love the staff and resort features. There is surfing just down the beach with rentals available.

First trip to Cabo

Beautiful, clean, friendly, full of things to do for all ages! We walked the full beach over our stay, and felt we had the best place! Beautiful views, we saw whales from our balcony!

Spring break

Great vacation spot

Pat was very responsive to our questions. The condo had a great view and was well stocked for everything we needed. The resort was awesome especially the happy hours at the pool bar. It was nice to have the restaurant on site.

7 days in Paradise!

Our stay in Pat's delightful condo was just exactly what we needed. The bed was incredibly comfy, the view over the pool towards the beach was amazing. The waves, the beautiful, sunny days, the whales, the flying manta rays, incredible food and drink at the local restaurant (Mamma Mia's) as well as the delightful swim up bar, the friendly guests...what more could one ask? We're coming back next year for sure!

Best owners ever and such a wonderful place. The views are incredible. Just right for a family of 4! The place is safe, clean and the food downstairs is amazing. This is our second trip and we would go back again! Take the local bus it is a lot of fun.

Wonderful

Had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect with beautiful view of sun rise every morning from the balcony, sitting on the lounge chair. All the guests were so friendly and had been staying at the resort for years. Close to food market and restaurant. Pat is a wonderful host.

Everything we expected.

We had a wonderful stay at our rental in Coral Baja. Our unit was very clean, well stocked and welcoming. Pat was great to work with. She gave us many helpful suggestions on where to eat and shop. We will definitely stay here again. We look forward to coming back.

Fabulous location and amenities

The Coral Baja resort is well located and beautifully maintained. Fantastic pool and beach area. Mama Mia restaurant is a real treat with excellent food and service.The condo itself is well equipped and nicely furnished with a great ocean view. Pat is very helpful and super organized with tons of great suggestions. Will be sure to return and have already recommended it to friends and relatives.

Excellent stay!

We stayed at Pat's place for 9 days or so. We had a wonderful time. Pat was very responsive to any inquiries. To give you the highlights: - Clean - Large shower - Great upper floor views of the beach - Walking distance to grocery stores - On site store & restaurant - Beach chairs provided (we brought our own but the chairs are there for those that don't have them) Wonderful place to stay!

Most amazing condo with great views!! A must stay!

This is our second stay at the coral Baja but our first renting thru Pat. He was so accommodating to our stay! The place was clean, great views and very homey! Pat even sent WiFi info, restaurant and shopping recommendations and much more! We cannot wait to stay again and will definitely book this same unit thru the same owner!!! Amazing Stay

Condo was amazing, decorated very nicely, everything you need is there. All dishes, etc., sand chairs for beach, floaties. Perfect view from the large balcony. Pat our Host was the best! Very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Restaurant on property….Mama Mia was excellent, never had a bad meal. I highly recommend this property.

We had an awesome two week stay at the Coral Baja. The room and view doesn't get any better. Pat is super easy to communicate with and was always available if we had a question. Check in and check out went smoothly. The staff at the Coral Baja are friendly and helpful. Already booked a three week stay in 2022. Cant wait to go back!

Just like advertised!

What a beautiful unit, great location in the property. Very clean and comfortable bed! Well stocked kitchen. Pat was very accessible. My only suggestion would be a 2nd set of bath towels, and there is a washer/dryer with laundry soap so not a big deal. Would definitely go back.

Anniversary Celebration #41

My wife and I just returned from a 9 night stay at Pat`s 5th floor unit. We had a blast! Pat is very responsive to any question/concerns we had. We have stayed at Coral Baja many times prior to this trip and this is the best one bedroom we have stayed in, by far. Has all the amenities needed and being in a corner unit there is no foot traffic/noise passing your window. We felt like we were at home. Bed was very comfortable. We will definitely return.

Perfect paradise

This property is the perfect spot, fronting the beach and ocean, pool and mama mia's restaurant, close to grocery stores, coffee spots and downtown San Jose del Cabo. The unit is very clean (probably one of the cleanest I have ever seen in any VRBO I have stayed), extremely comfy, fully stocked, and had everything we needed and more! Pat was lovely and assisted us in a quickly manner with any questions I had and I would have stayed longer if the unit wasn't booked back to back! I will definatley be back to stay! Couldn't be happier with this choice of unit!

Cabo Baja

Pat's place is a 5th story corner unit with a beautiful view of the ocean and pools. Listening to the waves crash at night was my favorite thing. Morning coffee on the veranda and reading my book was so peaceful. I had everything I needed and more for a relaxing week! Pat's communication was refreshing to make sure I had what I needed. I am looking forward to my next vacation at Pat's in Cabo San Jose! Susan

Lovely Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely long weekend at the Coral Baja condo. The property is spotless and the staff are lovely. There was a short "sell" to get you to attend a time share presentation to get discounts on excursions but they were still friendly and helpful after we said no. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, good kitchen supplies and a beautiful view from the deck. There were beach chairs and and umbrella but we never used them because there were always loungers available on the beach. We watched whales from our loungers and took many long walks along the beach in each direction. Ubers were quick and easy to get into town. The property manager was very prompt and helpful any time we had to reach out We would definitely stay again at this unit!

Beautiful condo, gorgeous views

My husband and I had started our vacation at Coral Baja and the last 12 days we stayed in Pats# 512 beautiful condo with the gorgeous sunrise and views. This was the second time we ended our vacation in Pats condo, we loved it so much. Everything they list about Coral Baja and or Pats condos# 412 & #512 are accurate. The restaurant on the grounds is very good and we loved Sartina Cantina that’s right before the security gated entrance to Coral Baja. Pat makes you feel like a friend, she wants you to be happy and we will and have referred friends and family to her at Coral Baja. Our reservations are already made here for 2019, can’t wait to enjoy the end condo#512 and the wrap around lanai.

We love coming here because of first, all the features and benefits provided by Wyndham Worldmark to their timeshare owners. This is a full service resort that is operated 24/7 by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

As private year-round owners here at the Coral Baja, we and our guests have full access to everything available to all Wyndham Worldmark guests.

Second, we just love San Jose del Cabo. It is truly the 'quieter Cabo', with the beauty and charm found only in an authentic Mexican village. Everything you need can be found here. You can shop till you drop, or just sit in a quiet street cafe with your favorite beverage and watch the world go by.

The culture and hospitality you find in San Jose is very refreshing and you'll soon fall in love with this wonderfully walkable village and its people.
