We absolutely loved this cabin! Fantastic location for backpacking, hiking and climbing. Extremely comfortable, clean, well appointed and easy to get in and out.
Adorable lil place! I definitely felt a boho vibe while we were there! We loved sitting on the porch on the backside of the cabin. It was REALLY hot when we were there…more shade/cooler on the “front porch” & cozier. Loved all the sounds of nature while sitting outside at night. Definitely a great place for a couple! Also…didn’t even notice til packing to leave…there’s an area under the “back” deck for cleaning fish or just kinda an outdoor kitchen kinda place. So many pluses can’t Remeber all of them! Just a couple FYIs for ya…1. the bed in the loft is on the floor and not much clearance above/head space. Steps going up to the loft is more like a ladder. My husband and I slept on the futon on the first floor. No problem at all. 2. This adorable lil place is literally right next to the Nada Tunnel road. (In the pix there a lil creek. One of the main reasons I wanted to stay here…well…that lil creek is literally between the cabin & Nada Tunnel Road…& only a few trees really separate you from the road. & that lil creek really is a LIL creek.) And almost exactly across from a parking lot for hikers. Hikers can be loud at times…loud music…sound really travels there!! 3. This cabin is the first cabin on this road. The road is VERY steep going to the other cabins…& you may hear others trying to climb the hill or just regular noise as people come and go. But not so much that it bothers ya. None of these are bad things…not at all! Just FYIs.We loved the place!
