Everything was terrific with this property - new, clean, modern and well located. Loved the water views and being steps from the beach. Judy and Kevin arengreat to deal with and we plan to return!

This a fabulous property. Excellent location, right on the bay - 30’ from high tide! The house was immaculate and the hosts were always available for questions. They responded quickly to any request.The furniture was lovely and the kitchen was extremely well furnished. It had all of the necessities and then some. We were very happy and will be returning!We had 4 adults and 2 children (9yo & 10yo) and everyone loved it. The house is on 6A and the P’town shuttle runs right past it every 1/2 hr or so. We never drove into town, only to go to Wellfleet.

Steve and his family were ideal guests. We were so glad that they enjoyed their stay.My husband, who is an architect designed and built this house to maximize all the views of the ocean from every single room. We were really pleased that Steve and his family thoroughly enjoyed their vacation week and we look forward to hosting them in the future.

Seaside Paradise

Given the property is brand new designed by a talented architect views of the sea, the visiting seals passing by every morning observed from our perch from our bed, occasional paddle boarders , kyakers, wind surfers the Cape Cod Bay the dunes from every window first floor and second floor beautiful sunsets at the elbow of Provincetown within 10 minutes of Provincetown and 10 minutes of North Truro Castle Hill where we had the privilege of taking a clay workshop. A well appointed kitchen for one who knows how to work a kitchen. Friendly helpful hosts. That said what is there not to love!!!!
