We loved our stay here. The townhome is located on the 1 mile highway going through the Keys. So it’s very conveniently located. The pool and the beach were lovely. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed including beach towels! We highly recommend. The restaurant located on the property is very good too!

Loved the location…sitting on the deck next to the canal was calming.Loved the spaciousness and privacy of the different living and sleeping levels. Check in and check out process was smooth. Wasn’t able to use all amenities of the resort as we tour the islands.

This is a great option for friends or couples. It’s an older property with some wear and tear, but it’s clean and the staff is friendly and responsive. Be advised there are a lot of stairs, so it’s not accessible if that’s a concern. The property is easy to find and conveniently located in the middle keys. The townhomes are across the road from the main property, so we walked back and forth quite a bit. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have small kids or elderly guests it might be better to stay on the main property. We saw a manatee in the canal on our last morning, which was a huge bonus! Overall, a great budget friendly pick.

There was one issue where i had to call and ask for a plunger (embarrassing enough). But then after a few hours, i had to call back. Apparently staff had switched and no over passed along I needed it. After that snafu, everything was great.
