Double-check that no towels, linens, remotes, keys, or other household items are packed with your belongings. Remove all food, candy, wrappers from bedrooms &living areas. Take out all trash
Leave all used white and pool towels inside basket next to sliding doors. When leaving, only lock the smart lock. Please do not lock any additional/manual locks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No EV Charging Electric vehicle charging is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Children and Minors Guests under 17 must be appropriately supervised. Adults are responsible for minors and any damage occurring during the stay.
