PROPERTY DETAILS
As you enter Falling Star Retreat, you are greeted with warm coastal vibes and an open concept floor plan with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The three guest bedrooms and guest bath are located near the front of the home. The first bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen, and the third guest bedroom has two twin beds. Two bedrooms have smart tvs. The guest bath located near the three guest bedrooms offers a shower tub combo and spacious single vanity with granite countertops.

As you venture down the hall you will find the gorgeous open concept living/kitchen/dining area with a smart tv and access to the covered porch and backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for a home-cooked meal. This modern kitchen offers granite countertops, a large island with seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, an electric cookstove, and tons of cabinet space. The dining area provides seating for 8 people. The master bedroom is conveniently located just off of the living room and offers a comfortable king-size bed and smart tv. The en-suite bath offers a walk-in shower and double vanity with granite countertops.

Extra amenities include pack-n-play, high chair, drip and Keurig coffee maker.

Outdoor Community Amenities: Gated community, beach access, 2 pools, hot tub, exercise room, walking paths, dog park.

Windmark Beach has numerous boardwalks in the community giving you convenient access to the calm and shallow waters for you to enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The 3.5-mile path is perfect for a casual walk, jogging, or cycling. Village Center has restaurants, shops, and a gym you may access with a daily/weekly pass. There are two community pools, Main community pool (heated periodically during the winter and is controlled by the HOA) and North community pool (unheated) The community has 24-hour roving security.

Area Information: Venture into nearby Port St. Joe for a taste of local life with charming shops, delicious restaurants, and convenient grocery stores. Stroll along Reid Avenue in downtown to experience the quaint shops and eateries. Make sure to visit the historical Lighthouse and the Sea Turtle Museum — we love our sea turtles!

Parking: Three parking spots are available. No RVs, trailers or boats are not allowed in the community.

Pet policy: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $125 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book.

Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested.

Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
