safety of you, your Family, or your guests. Swimming pools & hot tubs are dangerous.
You are responsible for the safety of your own party and/or person while on property.
No Children 12 or under allowed in the Pool Area without adult present at all times.
Keep Pool Gates closed at all times.
No Food, Drinks or Smoking in the Hot Tub.
No DIVING in the pool. The pool is NOT a diving pool.
No Glass in Pool Area.
Children, pregnant women, people with health issues, or people under the influence of drugs or alcohol should not use the hot tub.
Pool & Hot Tub are open 24/7. However, Quiet Time begins at 11:00PM. You may
continue to use the Pool & Hot Tub after 11:00PM, but we ask that you respect neighbors and keep noise, music and loud conversations down to a minimum. Everyone loves to have fun, just respect your neighbors at night. Lots of sleeping kids after 11:00PM.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home — we had a wonderful stay! Just a quick note that the trundle bed upstairs was a bit uncomfortable, as it felt like it might roll when lying on it.We went ahead and stripped the beds and placed the linens in the bathtub, started the dishwasher, took out the trash, and made sure everything was locked up before we left.One small suggestion — it might be helpful to note “(extra fee)” next to the heated pool in the listing for clarity.Thanks again for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our time and would love to stay again in the future.

The house was beautiful as was the beautiful backyard. The pool in the Playhouse, andbackyard was just awesome. My only suggestions would be if you have a great Pool to please leave directions on how to work it when it is run by an app you’re supposed to download to your phone and pair with the pool equipment with no instructions to follow and pay extra for a heater, which is not included in the description of the home so long story short we only got to enjoy the pool for about two hours of our stay and it came on by itself at like 6 o’clock in the morning and then was off during the afternoon and evenings when we wanted to enjoy it so be careful about the pool rules as far as the heater because it’s not mentioned in the descriptions. It is a house made for large groups, but yet there isn’t enough furniture for everyone to sit on unless that’s including the furniture out by the pool. The dining room table just seats 3 the floors were a little dirty, but other than that it was a nice house. It just needs to be tweaked a little bit for larger groups And not having any instructions to operate the pool you have to pay extra for was a major disappointment for my grandchildren.
