Welcome to The Depot at Fox Den – a thoughtfully appointed four-bedroom mountain retreat ideally located between Boone and Blowing Rock, just minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and central to all the best of North Carolina's High Country. Whether you're here for snowy slopes, scenic hikes, or small-town charm, this inviting home provides the perfect home base for your mountain getaway.

Step inside to find a spacious open floor plan with hardwood floors and soaring tongue-and-groove ceilings that add warmth and character to the great room. The living area invites you to unwind with a stacked stone gas fireplace and a large Smart TV—perfect for cozy evenings after a day exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway or local shops. The adjoining covered deck offers a serene, wooded setting for grilling and outdoor dining.

Guests can spread out across two living spaces and two generous decks. The lower level family room features a Smart TV, a Pac-Man arcade game, and a collection of board games—creating the ultimate hangout zone for kids and kids at heart. Step outside to the lower deck where a bubbling hot tub awaits under the stars.

This home comfortably sleeps up to ten guests across four bedrooms. The main-level primary suite features a king bed, private access to the back deck, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a step-in shower. On the lower level, you'll find three additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a bunk room with Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunk beds. These rooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. The family room leather sofa also converts to a comfortable queen sleeper for two additional guests.

Guests enjoy amenities including central heating and air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs throughout, all equipped with the Spectrum cable app. A full-size washer and dryer provide added convenience for longer stays.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee, so bring your furry friends along for the fun! The house is easily accessible via paved roads with parking for two vehicles. Please note there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and two security cameras, one at the front and one at the back of the home. For winter visits, AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended due to unpredictable mountain weather.
